The 5 Terre Dolci Sogni bed and breakfast offers six rooms with private bathrooms and is located in the center of the city of La Spezia, a short distance from the pedestrian historic center and the central train station, as well as the main maritime station, which are all starting points for the main tourist destinations of the Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, and eastern Liguria.
Furthermore, the property is only 75 km from Santa Margherita and Portofino, an hour from Genoa, 40 minutes from Pisa, and an hour from Florence.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Portovenere room during the week of mid-August and we had a great time. The room is located on the third floor (with an elevator) of a building less than 5 minutes' walk from La Spezia Centrale station, so the location is extremely convenient if you arrive by train with luggage and choose La Spezia as a base to then visit the 5 Terre. Also, you are very close to the city center and numerous bars/shops. The room is very spacious, with air conditioning, TV, WiFi, bathroom with shower, very spacious wardrobes, bedside tables and sockets near the bed, and also has a comfortable balcony with a table and two chairs. The cleanliness was always impeccable for all days of our stay. Breakfast was not included, but there is a convenient bar corner in the room with a coffee machine, kettle, rusks, and jam. The hosts were really kind and helpful, they responded immediately to our messages and even allowed us to check in an hour earlier than the scheduled time. We had a great time and absolutely recommend this property! If we were to stay in La Spezia again, we would definitely come back!

The room is sufficiently spacious, equipped with every necessity and comfort. Excellent cleanliness, as well as the location, a few minutes walk from the center, the station (not bothersome), and the port. \nWe did not meet the owner but instead Ms. Valentina, who took care of our stay, was a wonderful person! I recommend it.

Highly recommended for the accuracy of the hospitality, the non-impersonal cleanliness, the strategic location in relation to the station, center, shopping, bars, and sea. Accommodation with an excellent value for money; large, new, and pleasant rooms in a decent and quiet building. Personally, it will be my first choice for holidays in the Cinque Terre from now on. La Spezia is a strategic area and a pivotal logistic point. 5 Terre Dolci Sogni is as well.
