Description
The Bed & Breakfast is located just a few minutes away from the most important tourist destinations in Rome such as the Colosseum, Circus Maximus, Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna, and more.
With a short walk of about 300 meters, you can also reach other archaeological sites adjacent to the beautiful Appian Way Park, such as the Catacombs of Santa Domitilla and San Callisto, and the Mausoleum of the Ardeatine Graves.
Along the way, you can venture into the heart of the same Appian Way Park where you can admire the Tomb of Cecilia Metella and the splendid Roman ruins scattered along the path.
The B&B is also just a stone's throw from Via Cristoforo Colombo, one of Rome's main roads that connects the city to the sea.
In fact, the seaside resorts of Ostia Lido are easily reachable (even with a 30-minute train ride) where you can spend pleasant hours in the sun.
In front of the B&B entrance, there is the BUS 716 stop, which passes through the Piramide and Ostiense metro station, arriving near the Marcello Theater and Piazza Venezia (this line also offers the same service in the nighttime 24H, convenient for returning home without having to take a taxi).
A very fast and convenient line is the BUS 160, which arrives at Piazza San Silvestro very close to Via Frattina and Piazza di Spagna.
For those who wish, there is a convenient Taxi station at Piazza dei Navigatori.

Beautiful modern and well-kept room! It is evident that the owner Andrea cares about making the customer comfortable, available for any request.
As soon as I arrived, I was explained how to reach the center and the best places to visit.
Breakfast was average, with biscuits, cereals, tea, coffee, cappuccino, Nutella, jams, milk, missing the toast! But still, the room with a kitchen was very cute.
If I had to return to Rome, I would be pleased to be their guest once again! Highly recommended.
