I rented the apartment from April 2nd to April 9th, 2024. When I arrived, the check-in was not working. From 2:22 PM to 3:04 PM, we were in the hallway, exchanging about thirty WhatsApp messages with the rental service. In the end, they gave us a code that was so simple that throughout the stay I had the concern that someone might try and enter the apartment. While trying to enter, we discovered that we did not have access to the rooftop, which is described as "On the top floor the Roof top, an exclusive terrace with a view of Rome where you can enjoy moments of relaxation". They simply replied: "We do not have access to the rooftop". Once inside, I found that the house had not been cleaned. There were towels and sheets, but it had not been cleaned. In the fridge, there were even still groceries from the previous guests! All the dishes were greasy, and the floor was dirty. A message exchange began (they didn't answer the phone) and three days after our arrival and about fifty messages, the apartment was cleaned. It was extremely unpleasant that in the meantime they had even questioned my honesty about the apartment. The stay was quite stressful and unpleasant. I was also shocked that the bed-and-breakfast.it platform did not help me at all. They left the announcement with the falsehood of rooftop terrace access! And they told me that they couldn't do anything if I wanted a refund for the lack of a terrace. The offer states that the homeowner is Paolo. The payment is indeed made to Paolo. Everything else is managed by this company: https://www.aspasiaincoming.com/, a company that, among other things, seeks an increase in turnover - obviously for the homeowner and not in the interest of travelers. After my experience, I cannot recommend either this property or this platform.

Buonasera Sig.ra Melanie R., Ci dispiace abbia preferito screditare sia la struttura sia l'azienda che la gestisce pur avendole proposto più volte di ritornare a nostre spese per sopperire alla problematica sorte con l'azienda delle pulizie (che purtroppo è esterna). Ci dispiace inoltre che non abbia minimamente tenuto in considerazione il lutto che i proprietari della struttura hanno dovuto sostenere e le problematiche che ne sono derivate in termini di organizzazione ed impostazione. Tutto ciò denota un grande disinteresse da parte sua nei confronti di situazioni molto più gravi di una pulizia non effettuata alla perfezione. Ci dispiace inoltre che abbia provato a minacciarci per richiedere il rimborso della prenotazione (solo dopo però aver usufruito appieno dei giorni prenotati). In caso avesse deciso di andare via subito per il problema della società di pulizie (che è stato risolto il giorno stesso), avremmo sicuramente risposto positivamente alla sua richiesta di rimborso. Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi a venirle incontro cercando di agevolare il suo pernottamento. Scusandoci più volte per lo stato iniziale dell'appartamento (che come ripetiamo, essendo controllato a distanza, ha bisogno di una società esterna per le pulizie) e proponendole anche delle alternative. Lei non ha tenuto conto di niente, decidendo anche di diffamare la società che collabora con la struttura e che (ovviamente) punta a far crescere le strutture ricettive... curandosi anche degli ospiti della struttura stessa. La invitiamo a non diffamare nessuno senza prima aver constatato la reale situazione che circonda un'attività.
