I booked two rooms for 5 people from July 25 to 27. Mr. Mario, the manager of the facility, proved to be very kind from the start by contacting me by phone before departure and offering me an apartment with two rooms just for us. For breakfast, there was everything necessary (milk, toast, jam, coffee machine with pods) and in the rooms, in addition to the fridge, there was also a television, air conditioning, and a bathroom, present in every room, with a hairdryer. Certainly, when I return to Rome, I will book with Mr. Mario because, in addition to his kindness, he showed availability in meeting all our needs. Moreover, the services were exactly those described on the reference website. Thank you Mario and see you soon.

Mr. Mario, the manager, is very kind and helpful. The property is in an excellent location, close to the Garbatella metro and just a short walk from the historic Garbatella district. The area is well-served with shops. I recommend the Garbata bakery for a Roman focaccia.

We already wrote a review on Google. My husband was welcomed by Mr. Mario, a truly fantastic person both on the phone and then in person, as told by my husband, very professional and inclusive. Nothing about the structure was underestimated, being a host myself, even though it is old, it is tidy and clean and in a strategic position. Every time we go to Rome, we will definitely go to Mr. Mario, so I will also be able to meet her in person! I am promoting her from here in Puglia!

We are a family of 5 people with a dog and we took two rooms. Mr. Mario is a very kind and very helpful person for any need. We really enjoyed it! The lowest rating, but still sufficient, for breakfast only because we preferred to go to the nearby bakery-bar.

I recommend this Bed and Breakfast to everyone, very well-kept, completely renovated and located in a strategic position just a stone's throw from the Roma Ostiense station and the Metro B. The owner, very helpful and kind, welcomed us giving us good advice on where to eat well. Excellent value for money. I stayed in this B&B for three days in mid-May. The building where the room is located is very quiet and the area is very well-equipped with services: metro B Garbatella 200 meters away, many buses, market and a Carrefour open 24/7, pizzerias and sushi bars, ice cream shops, tobacco shops, pharmacies, banks and post office. There's practically everything! The room is spacious, with a comfortable balcony equipped with a table, chairs, and ashtray: perfect for breakfast! With air conditioning. The bathroom is extremely clean: with shower, extractor fan, and courtesy set. In the kitchen, there is everything you need to cook if you don't feel like going out. There's also a small library and a very comfortable sofa in the living room. Next to the library, there is a wardrobe equipped with an ironing board, iron, and hairdryer! Mario, the owner, is fantastic! Helpful and very kind, ready to fulfill every request and always with a smile! Thank you, Mario! I will definitely go back!

There are no doubts, Mario the owner is unique! Kind, helpful, he tried to satisfy every request. The rooms are beautiful, spacious just as you can see in the pictures. We had a really good time, the location is excellent, the metro stop is very close and in a few minutes you are in front of the Colosseum, we couldn't hope for better. In one word: Perfect. The structure is new, tastefully furnished, and very clean. It is located in a quiet yet very strategic area, five minutes by metro and you are at the Colosseum and Termini station, ten minutes by bus and you are in Trastevere. Finally an exceptional place! I really felt at home, the house is beautiful, new, and cared for in every detail. In the room (with private bathroom) there is a 40-inch satellite TV, air conditioning, and perfect Wi-Fi! Completing everything is a beautiful kitchen and a balcony equipped with everything! The area is fabulous, just a few steps from the metro and below the house there is a 24-hour market. Mario, the homeowner, was always kind and extremely helpful, taking care of everything I might need. If you come to Rome, I recommend it.

I stayed at this property from May 27th to 29th, 2 adults and a baby, brand new structure and tastefully furnished by the owner Mr. Mario, a very cordial and extremely helpful person. The property, in addition to spacious bedrooms with all the comforts (wifi, en suite bathroom and even Sky), offers a large and functional kitchen and, in addition to the voucher for breakfast in two bars a few meters from the B&B, in the kitchen fridge there are fruit juices, water, fresh milk, etc. There is a coffee machine and various snacks. The B&B is located a few steps from Garbatella metro station, from where you can move around to visit the whole city. Surely the next time I come to Rome I will go to "Maison 50". Highly recommended.
