Area Flaminio
The Flaminio District is a residential area, surrounded by greenery and young. This place contains all the most important points relating to sports, concerts and cultural events: Maxxi, the Auditorium Parco della Musica, Stadio Flaminio, Stadio Olimpico and Foro Italico. It is also in an excellent position to reach the historic center of Rome, in fact from my windows you can see the great door of Piazza del Popolo in the distance.

Great organization, I arrived late in the evening but I had no problems, nor was I asked for a supplement as many do, I had to change the dates of my stay and even there they were very helpful. The structure perfectly matches what is shown on the website, in a few minutes on foot you reach the Foro Italico. I felt so good that I have already booked a new stay.

Very nice and comfortable if you need to go to the Olimpico Stadium. Easy to reach by car with parking available. Coffee machine in the room and well-stocked shared kitchen.

Accommodation in Flaminio area. The room has dated furniture from the '70s. The shower box is rickety and shows a lot of mold. Soap for hand washing is not provided. The check-in process is laborious, while the check-out was quick. It is possible to use the kitchen and the shared refrigerator with the other rooms. In the room, there is a coffee machine with various pods for breakfast, as well as a kettle. The property is located near the Auditorium and the tram stop.

Everything went well. Excellent value for money. The only 'flaw' (but it happened to me even in 4-star hotels) is finding only a single sachet of shampoo-shower gel in the bathroom. Fortunately, I checked immediately (due to past experiences) and managed to ask for some more before the attendant left... Otherwise, everything was fine.

This is a bed and breakfast self service with no host present. There is no full breakfast, only snacks. But this was okay for me given the discounted price I got. Sheets and towels could have been changed more frequently. I was there for two weeks and only got one change of sheets and towels.
