Description

The structure is located in a historic building from 1926 in the heart of the Prati-Della Vittoria district, very close to San Pietro. It is ideal for those who have work needs at the Court, the Court of Auditors, RAI headquarters, and the Army, Carabinieri, and Navy barracks. It is a Bed & Breakfast equipped with all comforts, in a completely renovated apartment. It consists of two rooms: a double room, with the possibility of a comfortable third bed, and a single room. The rooms have a shared bathroom with a large shower and all the amenities for personal care. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and super-fast WiFi connection. Inside, you will find a corner equipped with a thermos and kettle to give you the opportunity to prepare hot drinks with a choice of tea, herbal teas, and coffee. In addition, in the corridor, there is a minibar. It is ideal for both young people and couples, but also for families. The price of the rooms includes breakfast. The owners are available to guests for any needs. Located in an area full of shops, bars, restaurants, and trattorias where you can eat at affordable prices, the B&B has agreements with some bars and restaurants. Located in a strategic position in the center of Rome, you can reach the Vatican with a 20-minute walk while, with the help of public transport a few steps from our structure, you can reach the major historical and artistic points of interest in the Capital. All this is facilitated by the proximity of the Lepanto stop on the "Line A" of the subway. For sports and concert enthusiasts, the Olympic Stadium and the Foro Italico can be reached in a 15-minute walk. Post Office and various banks located a few tens of meters from the house are easily available. In the area, there is a covered, private, paid parking lot.

A B&B of excellent level, with a high price-quality ratio compared to the average B&Bs I have stayed in Rome. Ms. Giovanna manages the structure with great attention to the customer, she is always available and very kind. The structure has been recently renovated, all environments are clean and well-kept. Wonderful long weekend in Rome in the quiet and elegant Prati district, where one can savor the "true" Rome of upper-middle-class extraction. The structure, a distinguished condominium with a garden, is truly charming, and the room, inside the large house of the very kind Mrs. Giovanna, is essential but spacious, independent, and spotlessly clean. The rating is excellent, also thanks to Mrs. Giovanna's availability, always ready to provide help and advice while being discreet and professional. Breakfast at the lovely café downstairs with a wide selection of food and interesting movement of local people to appreciate seated in the outdoor area.

The structure is very cozy and spacious, it is equipped with everything (full minibar, kettle with coffee, tea or any other, TV, air conditioner and even the mosquito repellent, which was not in sight, but still a much appreciated item). The bathroom is very clean and equipped with everything necessary and even more (emergency toothbrush, cotton pads, cotton swabs, toothpaste...). Giovanna really thought of everything and made us feel comfortable right away, also providing very useful tips for visiting the city and reaching the points of interest, she was a very kind and helpful person in every aspect. I will definitely come back!

I stayed at the bed and breakfast Ventura's Home: very welcoming, the room and the bathroom were impeccably clean. There is a minibar with water and fruit juices, biscuits, kettle, towels, bathrobes, and everything that may be needed in a bathroom. The landlady Giovanna, a friendly, genuine and very helpful person, provides all the necessary information for a pleasant stay in the capital. The property is located in the Prati district, 10 minutes walk from the Lepanto metro stop, very convenient to reach various areas of the city (many reachable on foot). Rome is a very beautiful city and staying at "Ventura's Home" was a pleasure... I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The Ventura's Home B&B is located just outside the historic center of Rome, but thanks to the proximity to bus stops and metro stations, you can easily reach any area of the city. Dear Giovanna, the landlady, went out of her way in a thousand ways to provide me with all the information I needed to get around Rome. The B&B has spacious rooms, well-equipped with a kettle, a small fridge for drinks, etc. Convenient to public transport and in a beautiful building, in a nice neighborhood full of delicious pastry shops and various types of places. We stayed for three nights and we had a great time. It is renovated and very clean, equipped with bathrobe/towels and everything needed for toiletries. We were welcomed by Mrs. Giovanna, who was hospitable and very kind. She took care to give us advice on public transport and treated us like daughters. Since we were not feeling well on the last day, even though we had to vacate the room, she allowed us to stay all day. Furthermore, the location is excellent for visiting the city. Ventura's Home was a sudden but fortunate discovery. In fact, it has now become a reference point for my future trips to Rome. Everything exceeds the description in excellence: new, clean structure, practically furnished with everything, cozy, comfortable bed, everything working. I was pleasantly surprised by the room, clean, cozy and comfortable. The bathroom is new and meticulously clean, equipped with many personal hygiene products. But the real asset of the B&B is the owner, Mrs. Giovanna. Present and discreet, not intrusive at all but a dispenser of good advice on transportation, places worth visiting and on commercial activities. I recommend booking.

I spent a beautiful weekend in this Bed and Breakfast during the Tennis Internationals. The location is really strategic as it is close to both the Foro Italico and St. Peter's. Mrs. Giovanna is super kind and available for any request. The room is very spacious. The only downside is the shared bathroom, but in our case it was used within the family.

I stayed in this accommodation from April 18th to 20th with my husband. We were welcomed, or rather pampered, by Mrs. Giovanna from our arrival. She went out of her way to make us feel at home. The Ventura bed and breakfast is located inside a beautiful historic building on a central street surrounded by bars and shops. The whole place is very well-kept and clean. Definitely recommended.

I was very undecided on which bed and breakfast to book, then, convinced by the excellent reviews, my choice fell on 'Ventura's Home'. I stayed in this property for Valentine's Day, on the occasion of the Europa League match between Lazio and Sevilla. From the booking, Mrs. Giovanna, the host, a very nice and genuine person, wants to make sure that the guest's arrival at the property is as easy and peaceful as possible, sending all the necessary directions, whether you arrive from Termini railway station or from any other point in the city. And the attentions do not end here. In fact, once I left the bed and breakfast, the lady sent me on my phone, in addition to telling me in person, all the directions for public transport to reach the districts of Trastevere and Testaccio! Consider that the property is located in the Prati district, a 10-minute walk from Lepanto metro stop. You feel as if the lady is accompanying you through Rome! A very pleasant feeling! Also helping her is her husband, Mr. Luigi, also a very nice and pleasant person, with whom you can happily exchange a few words. Not to mention the room: very welcoming, perfectly sized, with an extremely clean bathroom that almost makes you sorry to dirty it. You will find everything you need for anything you may need: a minibar with water and fruit juices, a kettle if you feel like having a tea, towels of all sizes and, even, two spare pillows if the ones you are using, in your case, are not to your liking. And finally, from the window you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Monte Mario, one of the most important mountains in the city. In short, what can I say. Rome is a spectacular city but, if you book at 'Ventura's Home', not only will the city be spectacular, but also the stay at this bed and breakfast. I will definitely return and I absolutely recommend it!

I was looking for a property near Villa Giulia and I had the great fortune of contacting Giovanna. Her Bed & Breakfast is absolute perfection in terms of comfort, service quality, and the value of the stay. Giovanna and Luigi are very kind people and always available in case of need. Many attentions and attention to detail surprised me and I really believe it will be difficult to find a property equal to Ventura's Home.

One of the best Bed and Breakfasts I have stayed in. Upon arrival, I had the pleasure of meeting the kindness and availability of the owner who immediately made me feel at home. It is very welcoming and there is really nothing missing (hairdryer, shampoo, towels, food, blanket, kettle in the room, and much more not to be taken for granted) and the location of the property is excellent to reach the Lepanto metro stop, less than a 10-minute walk away. I am happy to have been their guest, unfortunately I only spent 2 nights there but I will return soon.

I stayed for five days with my partner at Ventura's Home, a truly welcoming and clean place. Right from the start, we had the pleasure of getting to know the kindness and precision of the hosts who were available whenever we needed them. Very beautiful and comfortable bedroom. The property is located in an area very close to both the center of Rome and the most beautiful places in the city. If there was a higher rating than 10, we would have definitely given it. Definitely worth going back!

Very familiar. The property is located 10 minutes' walk from Lepanto station and is connected by many buses that reach all of Rome. I spent a very pleasant week, with the convenience of a always clean room, towels and bathrobe included, personal bathroom, heating, and a mini fridge to keep the essentials. I was alone for a week, but it is a great support for both a couple and a small family. Giovanna (the manager) is very friendly and helpful, nice, and always satisfied my requests with extreme kindness. Breakfast included in the price at the bar downstairs with equally nice bartenders. Advantageous quality/price ratio.

The location is excellent, central, convenient by public transport and on foot. The rooms are clean, new, fresh, bright, and spacious. The owners are available, kind, polite, family-oriented. The view is beautiful, you can see St. Peter's and the area is very elegant. I will definitely come back.

Very pleasant one-night stay in Rome. Brand new room and bathroom in a structure you wouldn't expect! Excellent and careful cleaning. Highly equipped room. Strategic and convenient location to explore the city on foot or by metro or to access the Olimpico. Extremely kind and helpful managers, pleasant company. Highly recommended.

The structure is particularly well-kept and new in a historical and characteristic architectural context. The care and attention of the managers are not limited to extreme cleanliness and attention to detail (embroidered sheets, soft and fragrant bathrobes), but they extend throughout the entire stay with constant and discreet attentions that make you feel pampered and protected. Very affordable prices (children up to 10 years old free, tourist tax included in the price, flexible prices if agreed by phone). Absolutely recommended, I will come back!
