The property, very bright, is located on the ground floor, near the seafront of Lido di Ostia. The property has been recently renovated and includes, 3 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms attached to the room. Also available to guests there is a kitchen equipped with the addition of a washing machine and a very large outdoor patio, both areas are shared with other guests. The rooms are private. The apartment is fully furnished in a modern style, with air conditioning, SmartTV, Wi-Fi 1Gbps speed, free in all rooms. The property offers a shuttle service for a fee. 50 meters as the crow flies from the sea in a quiet area 650 meters from the center, full of restaurants, small clubs, elegant shops and typical farmers' markets, we offer you a refined guest house, with quiet rooms equipped with every comfort, where you will be welcomed by our affable and familiar courtesy.

I had a great time staying at Mirko's, even though I only slept one night, it is clear that the property is managed impeccably, the owner is a top-notch host, very helpful and kind, ready to meet others' needs with great politeness. When I have the chance again, it will be the first place I will return to stay, I really enjoyed it.

I felt at home, the apartment has been renovated with all the comforts available: brand new kitchen, comfortable bathroom, air conditioner, refrigerator for necessary uses, television. Bed linen available and brand new towels. A short distance from the sea. Highly recommended also for the availability of the host Mirko.
