Description
“Roma in Fiera” is a little but very nice apartment in a strategic position: it's only 5 minutes by Fiumicino International Airport and the new exposition park "Fiera di Roma".
The apartment has all comforts and is furnished with italian style.
We are inside the new residential zone called "Parco Leonardo" that has the biggest italian shopping center with hundreds of stores, restaurants, bar/pubs, always opened until 10PM, and a big movie theater with over 20 rooms, parks, gardens and relax zones.
Far 2 kilometers, there is another big shopping center called Market Central da Vinci, with a lot of stores and supermarkets.
The light rail system (metro) is so near and it's reachable by foot in 5 minutes, so you can reach Roma center in 20/30 minutes and get off the metro straight in front of Colosseum, Circus Maximus or whatever you want.
We provide private shuttle service for a fee if you want or need to reach the airport (or to be taken from) at any time of the day.
Other point very close to the apartment are "Commercity", the city of wholesale shopping, and the beatiful city of Ostia with a splendid sea and the roman ruins of Ancient Ostia.
The apartment has 2 air conditioners (1 in sitting room and 1 in bedroom), central heating, two TV (one LED in bedroom and one LED in the living room), a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, oven and whatever, a washer machine, a central vacuum cleaner and a lot other of facilites.
Please note that the apartment was built only 3 years ago, so it's in perfect condition, all new and perfectly clean.
No wi-fi.

I highly recommend the service Gianluca delivered and he went over and above to accommodate my delays at the Fiumicino Airport. Very impressed and will return again next year. The apartment was clean and had all the services to make lunch as my plane was delayed for 6 hours. Grazie Mille.

La comodità di essere a casa anche quando si è fuori casa.
Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, anche se in verità ci ho solo dormito, ma il fatto di avere un appartamento tutto per sè, per chi ama l'assoluta libertà come me, non ha paragoni.
La cosa che mi ha colpito positivamente è che ogni ospite (volontariamente od involontariamente), ha lasciato qualcosa per l'ospite successivo. Io ad esempio ho trovato biscotti per la colazione, aceto, sale, zucchero, caffè..ho voluto contribuire anche io a questa usanza lasciando olio, cracker, agio e biscotti per la colazione (dei 2 pacchi trovati 1 l'ho finito).
La struttura è completa di tutto (pentole, bicchieri, posate, detersivo per piatti, bagnoschiuma)..
Ci tornerò sicuramente. Complice anche la vicinanza alla fermata della Metro (circa 10 minuti a piedi) e del supermercato, proprio di fronte all'abitazione, aperto fino alle 22: 00.

N.B.: la posizione si intende da 10 in funzione della vicinanza con la fiera di Roma e quindi come base per accedere a questa struttura. Giancarlo e Danilo sono delle persone "squisite".
