WE RENT THE ENTIRE APARTMENT, NOT ROOMS
Pietro's House is a holiday home overlooking Via Tiburtina, near the historic city walls, in the charming and vibrant San Lorenzo district. This first-floor apartment has been in the family for four generations.
Renovated in 2019 and recently refreshed, the spacious and bright apartment features two double bedrooms, thoughtfully furnished with simplicity and warm tones, two small but functional bathrooms, a living room with a French sofa bed, a eat-in kitchen, and a small terrace suitable for smokers.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary comforts and can accommodate up to six guests. It overlooks a street bustling with shops, bars, and clubs.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned, while the living room has ceiling fans. A washing machine and dishwasher are available for guests' use, and Wi-Fi is provided via a hotspot with a SIM card. Heating is shared during the winter months.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Parties are not permitted.
Overnight guests are restricted to those declared at check-in.

San Lorenzo district is mainly habited by university students. It is full of shops, supermarkets (250m), restaurants and night clubs that attract much of the Roman nightlife. 50 meters from the house there is the entrance to a park with a children's play area.
The house is easily accessible by car as it is not a ZTL area. On via Tiburtina and in the side streets there are free and paid parking lots with blue lines (8am-11pm except Sundays). Paid garages 5 minutes on foot. At 50 meters there is the Atac bus stop n. 71 to Fontana di Trevi. At 350 meters bus stop 492 which leads to the Vatican. At 1200 meters from Termini station. At 3400 meters the Tiburtina station. The Vittorio Emanuele underground stop is 900m away. At 4000 meters the Colosseum. At 500 meters the CNR (National Research Council) and the University La Sapienza. The Hospital Policlinico Umberto I could be reached by walking.

Structure positioned a short walk from the center, clean and equipped with all comforts. Pietro's House is a delightful person: helpful and attentive. 5 stars!
