Unfortunately, we had issues with the room: it was not ready on time on the day of check-in, it was not cleaned properly, it was full of sawdust everywhere and smelled of paint. We also had no electricity or water for almost half a day, and the only thing we were told was, "I can give you a refund but you have to find another hotel and I don't think you will find one." Eventually the utilities came back at almost 2 a.m.

Excellent value for money for short stays.

More than a real hotel, it is a guest house. In a perfect location to visit Rome as it is very close to Termini station. It is located on the 5th floor of a somewhat dated building, but it has an elevator. The room is also equipped with a hairdryer and fridge. It pleasantly surprised us. Recommended.

Decent.

The structure is located in an excellent position, friendliness and availability of the manager.

Overall and for functionality, I recommend it.

Excellent stay, the rooms are as shown in the pictures, very quiet so it is possible to rest very well. In the room, there is the bare minimum for a comfortable stay, Mr. Akmir who manages the check-in is really a very helpful person and ready to solve any need.

My boyfriend and I stayed here during the New Year's period and overall we felt very good. The room in the photo depicts the actual room, small but comfortable. The room seemed clean to me and the cleaning service is carried out every day if the guest wishes. The only small flaws of our room were the poor soundproofing of it (we still slept very well) and the toilet flush being a bit slow. As for the location, I would give it a 5/10, but simply because being close to the station, not very beautiful people pass by, but you just have to pay a little attention in the evening like in any other place. For the rest, it is excellent for moving even on foot to the center or with public transport nearby. We were also satisfied with the breakfast that can be had in a nearby bar, having a daily voucher for a coffee and a croissant (beverage and a brioche). For what we paid, in my opinion, it is an excellent compromise to visit Rome.

Clean and close to the station.

The hotel is good, but the price was a bit too high in relation to the quality.

The hotel is very nice, clean, well-kept, and quiet. The problem is that entering the common areas is a bit dirty. The elevator is a bit scary, but the location and proximity to the center are very good.

Valid structure for one night.

Spartan hotel, small bathroom and without bidet but with shower, located in a building to be modernized, great for its proximity to the station, fairly clean and available manager. A ticket is provided at a nearby bar for breakfast.

The structure is in an excellent location, a stone's throw from the station, the subway, the bus stops, the multi-storey parking, the bars, the restaurants, the small shops, and the laundries. The entrance downstairs can be a bit suggestive as it is always open and it is a shared entrance with other hotels, bed and breakfasts, vacation homes. The elevator is small and outdated, but it works and that is the important thing. The hotel is located on the fifth floor, the entrance door is secure and there is also a camera for added security. The hotel is clean, well organized, and also the room we stayed in was quiet. We only had difficulty with the sockets to charge our phones as there were only two near the bed and there were four of us, so we had to use the one in the bathroom and the one for the television. Regarding breakfast, "vouchers" are provided to be used at a nearby bar. The staff at the reception were always very helpful and kind and even when they were not present in the hotel, we could contact them without any problems. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel also for the quality/price ratio.

Decent property right next to the train station. If you can handle tiny bathrooms, this may be for you. The bathroom was really small and the sliding door came off. There was black gunk in the nooks of the sliding door.

Many things in the Hotel The Dream description did not match what I found during my stay. The reality definitely does not justify the three-digit price per night. Cleanliness, in particular, left much to be desired. The shower had many mold spots on the grout and brown spots on the shower floor and on the edges of the shower wall. It was quite disgusting. I asked the staff for a thorough cleaning of the shower. The lady said she would take care of it, but nothing happened, the shower looked exactly the same in the evening. In addition, it was necessary to use translation programs because the lady at the reception spoke hardly any English. The "delicious" breakfast consisted of a coffee and a croissant, which you could get by presenting a voucher at a cafe around the corner from the hotel. Not a big deal, but still too little for the price. The only positives: the good location of the Hotel The Dream and the air conditioning. I wouldn't book it again, as I found the shower a disgrace.

If you are looking to stay in Termini for a few days at a good price, this is a good place to do so.

Very good hotel in close proximity to the Roma Termini station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast option is decent but can also be improved. Cleanliness is excellent and service is nice.

The poorly soundproofed rooms and the timed light in the bathroom are not great, but overall a positive experience for one night and go.

Hotel located in a great position, very close to the train station and metro. The manager is very kind and very helpful. The structure is clean and well maintained, the room is spacious enough for 4 people. The breakfast (croissant and hot/cold drink) at the affiliated bar is satisfactory. Excellent value for money.

Structure inside a building with multiple accommodation facilities. The building is mediocre, but our room was well maintained, very clean. Small bathroom without bidet. The window overlooked a dilapidated light well, never opened. Bath linen always clean and changed daily. Breakfast at a bar 200m away with croissant and coffee/cappuccino. For 65€ per night, more could have been done! Overpriced compared to the structure, but it was the June 2nd long weekend and in Rome there was nothing cheaper. 1 minute walk from Termini station, perfect for reaching any attraction by metro.

This place is about 3-4 minutes walking from the train station. It is so convenient I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, next to the train station and very close to the subway and buses. Quiet structure despite the location. Very kind manager, very helpful. Simple but clean structure and room spacious enough for 4 people. Very good breakfast at the affiliated bar.

Excellent service.

The managers are very kind, helpful, and caring. Excellent location near the train and bus station. Quiet area and well-served.

Friendly and nice managers, externally you will find an old and poorly cleaned elevator (not the fault of the hotel managers) all in all to sleep and be able to visit Rome is ideal if you don't have great expectations.

City hotel very convenient for those who will need to use public transport a lot and are thus facilitated during their visit to Rome. Very kind receptionists.

The location of Hotel The Dream is excellent for getting around as it is just a short walk from Termini station. However, I have to give a zero rating for cleanliness: there was an open single-use packet of ketchup in the fridge; we found several long hairs on one bed..., and there were red stains on the sheets of another bed. Breakfast is served at the bar around the corner.

We stayed 2 nights, Hotel The Dream on the fifth floor well renovated, clean and comfortable. Externally stairs and elevator very dated. Owners very kind.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Very close to the station but quiet. Excellent cleanliness. Definitely recommendable.
