Welcome to the historic center of Rome! If you're looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay, look no further than B&B SERGIO, owned by Sergio Nocito. Our rooms are beautifully furnished and come with private bathrooms, air conditioning, double-glazed windows, a mini fridge, and a hairdryer.

Our building dates back to the late 19th century and is full of charm and character. We take pride in keeping our rooms clean and tidy, and we provide daily cleaning services. We also change the towels after the third night of your stay (or upon request), and the linens are changed weekly or with each new guest.

Breakfast Is not included.

B&B SERGIO is a unique category accommodation, authorized under Prot. QA 6987 of 09/06/2009. Please note that we are closed from July 1st to July 31st, from September 1st to September 15th, and from December 13th to December 26th. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you soon!

Welcome! You are visiting the web site of one of the few traditional B&Bs in the centre of Rome, with rooms worth a good quality hotel (discretion, private bathroom, autonomous heater/air conditioning, mini-fridge, hairdrier), but also gifted with the typical Italian warmth and welcoming of a house inhabited by a real family.

Since 1999, I have been managing my B&B with the precious help of my mother Elvira. We personally deal with every aspect of the B&B: from the reception to the final greeting before your departure. We do not delegate things to others because we want to be sure of the good result.

Personally managing an activity as such it means to provide deep cleaning of all rooms, bathrooms and common areas; washing and sterilisation of towels and leanen; care in the choice of furniture and wish to improve the offered services; personally serving breakfast.

This also means the possibility to apply competitive prices and an excellent quality/price relationship.

We do not ask for money in advance because we trust your good faith and because we want the payment to be provided to us only after the guests have verified the goodness of our service.

In addition, we are always present in order to satisfy your needs and answer to your questions, advising you on places where to eat or do shopping, organise trips aoutside Rome, tours in the city (because the beauty of Rome is not only linked to its museums, monuments, squares and churces, neighborhoods but also to its small roads and unique athmosphere to live and taste before reaching the most famous places).

Between Termini Station and the Colosseum, just a few steps away from the metro stop (line A, "Vittorio Emanuele").

It takes less than 15/20 minutes on foot to reach: the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums, St. John Lateran, St. Mary Major, the National Roman Museum, Termini Station, the Opera House.

The host Sergio is very welcoming, accommodating and nice. The room in the apartment is spacious, bright and clean. The bathroom is next door and also very clean and spacious. The apartment is located in a very nice spot - if you arrive by train, you can walk there. The Colosseum is also easily accessible on foot. Everything else can be visited by buses or the metro, both of which leave directly in front of the apartment. This is a perfect place to stay, and it is even cheaper than all the alternatives.

My wife and I are in our mid-60s and still enjoy backpacking. This B&B is right across from a large city park where people play music, play ping-pong and there is a children's playground. There is a subway stop there as well. Within a short walking distance you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy, drop-off laundry services, secure bank ATMs and more restaurants than you can count. The room was clean, comfortable and secure. There was a nice balcony for people-watching. The owner was very pleasant and kind and gave great recommendations for everything we needed. There was lots of storage in our room and a very comfortable bed. We had the double with the private bath; my wife loved the clawfoot bathtub. There is an elevator so the stairs are not an issue. We stocked the fridge with wine, cheese and bread and had snacks. The main train station is an easy walk.

The accommodation was great, with a spacious, comfortable room. The furnishings were older but everything was fully functional. Host Sergio was very helpful, kind, and accommodating. The location is great, close to the subway and train station. There are shops, restaurants, and bars in the area. We had everything we needed and were very satisfied.

The facility is well connected to the historic center due to its proximity to the subway, although the neighborhood it is in is not one of the quietest. The building is old and very beautiful. With my family, we stayed in the room with the loft; the furnishings are modest but comfortable and the cleanliness is excellent. It's a pity that the facility does not offer breakfast. The prices are reasonable. The manager, Sergio, is a very friendly and helpful person, attentive to the guests' requests, kind and caring; he provided us with useful advice for both visits and places to eat. I would gladly return: recommended.

A really pleasant stay! Sergio's hospitality was impeccable: always available, kind, and at the same time very discreet. We felt comfortable right away. The room is spacious, bright, and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay. The only thing to note is that the private bathroom is outside the room, but absolutely private and it did not cause us any inconvenience. The location is excellent: in a few minutes you can reach the main attractions by public transport or on foot, and being in the Piazza Vittorio area, the neighborhood offers a lot: an authentic piece of Rome, full of life and with many excellent restaurants just steps away. Highly recommended, especially for those looking for a comfortable and quiet accommodation with a truly caring host!

Sergio is an exceptional host. He is nice, funny and accommodating. We could absolutely count on him. The accommodation is clean and furnished absolutely in Italian style. Antique furniture and extraordinarily high ceilings. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Sergio is very kind and helpful and always ready to answer to all our requests. The room with a small kitchen, modest but very nice and clean. The structure is convenient because it is close to the metro, the station, and all services. Next door there is also the beautiful Santa Maria Maggiore. Due to the proximity to Termini station, in some areas the neighborhood is very dirty and you need to be a bit careful. But it's still a good compromise! Thank you for everything!

Excellent structure near Termini station (10-15 minutes walk). Excellent and easy communication with the owner Sergio who was very helpful and friendly. Great price for being in Rome. Large and clean triple room with vintage furniture. The only downside, certainly not Sergio's fault, is the metro station below the house closed for renovation. We will definitely return to Sergio on our next trip to Rome.

Room very beautiful and very spacious, equipped with a fridge and balcony with a beautiful view of the Roman streets and large park. Bathroom equally large, with bathtub and shower. Excellent privacy. The Ambra Jovinelli theater is a stone's throw away, about one km away is the Termini station. Mr. Sergio is very efficient and very kind and helpful in providing all the necessary details and additional information requested. Equally so Mrs. Elvira who welcomed me. Sergio is a wonderful host that helps you when you need it. The room is all we needed in Rome, 5 meters high in an old building. Just a place to sleep. It was very warm in Rome but the AC was perfect, so we could take a siesta if we wanted to on the hottest moment of the day. The situation is right in the middle of the city with all the touristical sites in the vicinity. You can walk there, but also use the wonderful public transport system that Rome has and which is always close. We had a super holiday.

Good location, walking distance to many sights, close to the train station, metro, and bus stops. We had a loft-style room with a small kitchen (fridge, microwave, sink, dishes provided) and a full bathroom. A/C in the room. Sergio is a fantastic host, very friendly and hospitable. He lives next door, so available if you need anything. The building is very secure. No TV, but if you're going to Rome to watch TV, you're doing it wrong.

I spent a week here over Christmas and New Year. I haven't tried a B&B before in Rome but was pleased by this find and the price is very reasonable. Termini may not be the most upmarket district in places but it feels very safe and the public transport connections for getting round the city are second to none. I can endorse the comments of other reviewers about the helpfulness of the reception by Sergio. \nAside from Fassi, you're 10 minutes' walking distance to the Mercato Centrale in Termini station - a speciality food market which seems to be open most of the day (useful if you're going to the opera as Rome doesn't really have the concept of pre-theatre dining).

Sergio was amazing. He gave us great tips on where to visit. Room was perfect. The bathroom was outside the room but private. The balcony was beautiful. We received vouchers to a local cafe for breakfast. The cafe was very friendly and delicious. We traveled with our 11 and 17 year old sons. This place was perfect. We pull stay there again.

Our stay was excellent. The rating for the manager, Sergio, could only be 10! More than friendly, first of all he spent half an hour of his time showing me everything possible on the map and providing valuable advice for the city. In addition, we were allowed an early check-in, so we could leave our luggage and start exploring the city. Upon our return, the room was clearly ready and our luggage had been brought to the room. The location is extremely convenient, above the Vittorio Emanuele metro stop, and you can easily reach Termini in 10 minutes on foot. The Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore is about the same distance away. The room was very nice, with an en-suite bathroom, shower, dining table, kettle, sink, dishes, and refrigerator. In the room where I stayed, the double bed is on a loft. The cleanliness is perfect and the room is cleaned every morning. The only thing that left me a bit disappointed is the breakfast. In a B&B, I would prefer the included breakfast to be inside the property rather than through a voucher to use at a bar. I know it's a temporary solution, so if I happen to return, I hope to see the issue resolved! Absolutely recommended! Enjoy your stay!

I stayed at this B&B for two nights, Sergio was very kind and very helpful. The quality/price ratio is excellent, the structure is located 2 minutes walk from the metro, making it very convenient for getting around. I highly recommend it and will definitely return in the future.

Maximum availability and kindness of the manager in sending information about the structure, on how to get there and during the stay. Negative note, an increase of € 3 (a negligible amount) on the rate clearly expressed by the B&B Sergio website for, according to the manager, a one-night stay. We knew about the increase since booking but we would have preferred a different explanation. No possible discount, as claimed by the owner, was given. Breakfast (only cappuccino and croissant) upon presenting the receipt at the bar not exactly "below" the B&B Sergio, really poor. Room very clean, excellent fridge.

Sinceramente, questa recensione mi lascia sconcertato. La media è inferiore a 6 che, a casa mia, significa che gli ospiti si sono trovati piuttosto male, mentre in realtà i genitori del recensore mi sembravano piuttosto soddisfatti. Si dice che la camera era molto pulita, ma il voto dato per Pulizia è 6. "Massima disponibilità e gentilezza del gestore", ma il voto dato per Gestore è 7. Sono a 15 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo, meno di 10 minuti da San Giovanni e Santa Maria Maggiore, la metropolitana è a 1 minuto a piedi, ma il voto per Posizione è 6. Camera di 18 mq con bagno privato, pulita e periodicamente rimodernata a meno di 30 euro a notte a persona in alta stagione (un posto letto in ostello in camera promiscua e bagno condiviso costa tra i 20 e i 25 euro), ma il voto per Qualità-prezzo è 5. Il voto per Colazione è 3 perché comprensiva solo di cappuccino e cornetto e perché il bar è troppo lontano. Il bar dista 50 metri circa e mi scusi, ma quando lei fa colazione al bar consuma in genere 3 cappuccini e 4 cornetti? Evidentemente l'utente è rimasto scontento per i 3 euro di sovrapprezzo, ma era liberissimo di cercare un'altra sistemazione. In definitiva, questa recensione è estremamente dannosa per me e fuorviante per potenziali altri ospiti, per il semplice fatto che non è obiettiva. E mi spiace davvero tanto, perché ce la metto tutta per offrire una buona sistemazione ad un onesto rapporto qualità-prezzo.

It is an excellent accommodation not just for the quality/price ratio. The location of B&B Sergio is very central, convenient for the proximity to the metro, close to Termini station and a short distance from many of the main attractions. The host, Sergio, is friendly, very helpful and full of valuable advice. The room is spacious, very clean and bright. My friend and I recommend it to those traveling as a couple and wanting to experience authentic Italian hospitality in the heart of Rome.

Excellent stay at B&B Sergio who welcomed us very warmly. The metro is a 2-minute walk away and the Colosseum is 10 minutes away. The blue room overlooks a street where the tram passes so there is some noise, but it didn't bother us. We highly recommend this B&B.
