Description
Palazzo Fracassini is a luxury B&B located in the heart of Rome, just a few meters away from Campo dei Fiori and Piazza Navona. The building dates back to the 17th century and all the rooms come with en-suite bathrooms. The rooms are fully equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a minibar, a flat-screen TV with SKY satellite channels, a safety deposit box, and a hairdryer. The bathroom is also equipped with a shower. An Italian and international breakfast is included in the price. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the B&B.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Absolutely faultless; we stayed here for 5 days, and it was the perfect location to explore Rome, a beautiful apartment and wonderfully friendly hosts. Private, quiet, and walking distance to all the fun parts of the city, including a stones throw from Piazza Navona, which is spectacular. We would definitely return here!

For the tea please give lemon. For the breakfast it was a good idea to prepare some vegetables: cucumber or tomato.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Fracassini. I specifically looked up accomodations that were in a palazzo as this gives us the feel of genuine Rome compared to impersonal hotels. Rooms are super clean and brand new. Breakfast was more than enough for us. Cleaning lady was super nice and very friendly. The highlight was the location. It is central to all the major attractions and to amazing piazzas. It is true that at the moment you need to go up quite a number of steps but we knew this before we booked and we were ok with it. Lift is a work in progress. We would definitely book this property again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Locazione comoda al centro, proprio dietro Campo di Fiori. Accoglienza ottima. Pulizia perfetta e colazione varia. Bella la stanza, molto fine. Ci ritornerò.

Esperienza più che positiva, la signora delle pulizie e della gestione colazione molto gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Noi abbiamo pernottato nella suite e devo dire veramente bella, pulita e ampia. La colazione abbastanza varia e oltre gli orari stabiliti per quest’ultima non si hanno altri limiti. Vi vengono consegnate chiavi di portoni vari e codici per le porte di accesso al piano e alla camera ed è possibile accedervi a qualsiasi ora, comodissimo per quanto riguarda gli spostamenti a piedi poiché si trova in una zona centrale e permette di raggiungere i punti centrali della città in pochi minuti. Consiglio fortemente, esperienza veramente bellissima! PS. Consiglio per la struttura: sarebbe gradito in cambio degli asciugamani giornalmente e l’aggiunta di bagnoschiuma ogni giorno visto che si tratta di monodosi e magari qualche brioche fresca, per il resto ottimo lavoro!

Siamo state proprio bene in questo appartamento! La stanza: pulita, ampia, silenziosissima. Bagno in camera: comodo con ampia doccia. Colazione: soddisfacente, servita con molta gentilezza da Mariana. Checkin: rapido grazie a Sara. La posizione della struttura è ottima. Vicina a fermate di bus e tram e raggiungibile a piedi da molti punti di interesse. Lo consiglio vivamente anche per l'attenzione al cliente del suo proprietario.

Siamo stati molto bene. Proprietario disponibile e personale molto cortese. La struttura è situata in zona molto centrale e ben arredata. Un po’ impegnativo l’accesso con ascensore lento e piccolo che si ferma il piano inferiore. Nonostante questo è stata una piacevole permanenza. Torneremo.
