It's cheap and it's cheap you get what you get. Pictures better than what you see and cleaning service is not great. I would recommend to spend a little more for a better quality place. In few words hostile like, small and not that clean.

Not good. The room was quite large and the staff friendly, but these were the only positive points. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with dust and hair everywhere. The room, at first glance beautiful, instead had several important details broken, like the toilet and the shower. Guests in the rooms next door were yelling very early on Sunday morning and knocking on my door by mistake late at night. Breakfast was practically absent. The manager had told me about snacks, but I only saw coffee. I chose this B&B because it is close to Termini and I wanted to leave my luggage there for the last day after check-out, which the manager had told me was possible. Instead, in the end, he told me there was no space. So, I was forced to take the luggage to a luggage store at the station. I'm sorry, but I do not recommend it.

We really enjoyed staying here. Alessandro's attention was very good and the room very comfortable. It would be good if you could do at least a quick cleaning of the toilet (for example, change the rubbish bag) when making the bed. Thank you.
