Many hidden costs. Check out is too early (10 am), you'll need to pay extra to leave at noon (+15) and even more to leave later in the day.
Breakfast is terrible. There is one host who would not re-stock items. You need to ask and he would do it, not very happy about it.
The property is not exactly a hotel, it looks more like a hostel with private rooms.
Two good things: the location is excellent if you need to be near a train or metro station, and there are some hosts who are really doing their best to make you have a good experience.

Nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación del alojamiento, la limpieza y sobre todo la amabilidad de la familia que lo regentan, son encantadores! Nos han facilitado todo y el trato es inmejorable!
El único inconveniente pero que depende del edificio y no de ellos es que el ascensor se estropeaba cada día y el hotel está en una tercera planta.
Como conclusión general recomendamos mucho el alojamiento!

In viaggio di lavoro... pernottato 2 notti.
Certamente in relazione al rapporto qualità-prezzo non mi aspettavo molto, ma sicuramente il rispetto per la gente che dorme, almeno quello, sì.
La mia stanza sfortunatamente era adiacente agli sgabuzzini e alla reception (praticamente tutto si trovava in un piano di un palazzo).
Oltre ai rumori in strada (zero insonorizzazione), volevo segnalare la maleducazione del portiere di notte che per almeno 2 ore (non so cosa serve stare 2 ore al telefono) dall'1 alle 3 con voce pesante e rimbombante parlava al telefono con non so chi.
Considerando che avevo il treno alle 6:50... praticamente notte insonne.
Unica nota positiva la vicinanza alla stazione Termini, quindi comodo per treno e Metro.
Difficilmente ci tornerò.

La struttura è veramente strategica e noi che andavamo a Roma per ragioni di studio e di lavoro ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo goduto di ampi spazi e i gestori si sono mostrati molto attenti alle nostre esigenze. La camera è ampia e ben isolata dall'esterno, con personale presente h24 ed è dotata di quanto necessario per un breve comodo soggiorno. Sicuramente in futuro costituirà un punto di appoggio importante per noi.

Hotel piccolo ma molto carino, inoltre la nostra stanza era molto grande! Buona la colazione, che può essere consumata nella piccola zona apposita (ci sono circa 4 tavolini) in alternativa si può consumare in camera. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima la posizione per chi arriva dalla stazione Termini (1 minuto a piedi circa dall'uscita di Via Marsala) e di conseguenza molto comodo anche per la metro che si trova sotto la stazione Termini.
Consigliato sia in coppia che per chi ha bambini come noi! L'unica pecca è l'ascensore molto piccolo e quindi scomodo per chi ha passeggini ma per il resto tutto positivo!

Siamo stati in questa struttura per tre notti. Vicinissima alla stazione Termini, il quartiere non è dei migliori, ma dipende principalmente dalla stazione stessa.
L'hotel è essenzialmente un corridoio con delle camere, quindi manca di insonorizzazione e si sente ogni tipo di rumore. Le camere non sono molto spaziose e offrono solo l'indispensabile. Inoltre, la pulizia non è delle migliori.
Il personale, però, è estremamente gentile. La colazione, per chi la prenota, viene servita in reception. Ti preparano caffè, cappuccino, o quello che preferisci, e poi ci sono crostate fatte in casa, fette biscottate, marmellate, Nutella, cereali e anche qualche opzione salata.

Sono rimasto deluso per i seguenti motivi:
1 - mancavano gli asciugamani
2 - lavabo otturato, l'acqua scendeva lentamente
3 - mancava la lampadina sul comodino

Pessima struttura, stanza sporchissima, bagno con doccia intasata e sporchissima, detto più volte ma hanno fatto finta di niente, mai cambiati gli asciugamani, frigorifero non funzionante. All'arrivo (in anticipo) abbiamo lasciato i bagagli in custodia, ritrovati buttati nell'andito in mezzo a tante altre valigie, la notte non si riesce a riposare perchè troppi rumori all'interno della struttura. Unica nota positiva la vicinanza alla stazione Termini. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

Sono stato fortunatamente per una notte in questa topaia. Perché chiamarlo hotel è davvero una presa per i fondelli per chi ha davvero un hotel... Arrivato mi accoglie probabilmente il direttore, di una scortesia inaudita dal modo di rispondere al citofono, a come passa i documenti e le chiavi, passando per come si rivolge agli ospiti con un tono per quel che mi riguarda arrogante. Fatto il pagamento mi dà una stanza e mi indica dove si trova. Per arrivarci devo fare lo slalom in mezzo a valigie sparse ovunque, e spazi ristretti. Ma va bene è il male minore. Entro in camera e che dire? Non era un hotel ma un carcere, e non solo per le grate nelle finestre, che per carità forse erano le cose meno peggio. Stanza sporca, muri sporchi, tenda con insetti spiaccicati e sporche. Il bagno spazioso ma box doccia sporco, l'acqua si sentiva di cloro e per fare una doccia l'acqua calda scendeva letteralmente con il contagocce. Materasso che si sentono le molle nella schiena quando ci si sdraia... ma come se non bastasse la sera, quando rientro, sento nel buio più profondo russare, mi giro e trovo il portiere di turno sdraiato che dormiva su 3 sedie, sfido chiunque a non spaventarsi sentendo in una sala “colazione“ dei versi nel buio più totale e poi trovarsi uno davanti sdraiato su 3 sedie... bah... Non so della colazione perché non era inclusa e direi per fortuna. Se devo salvare una cosa salvo solo la posizione che era vicinissima alla stazione... ma per il resto bisognerebbe indagare e togliere tutte le stelle e trasformarlo in ostello o farci un carcere.

L’unica nota positiva è la vicinanza con la stazione Termini. La stanza non era molto pulita, lo scarico del bagno non andava e c’era tanto rumore durante tutto il tempo di permanenza. Diverse volte hanno provato ad aprire la porta nonostante io fossi in stanza senza neanche bussare e spesso si sentiva richiamare il cagnolino del proprietario presente nella struttura. Non lo consiglio.

Ho preso una singola. La stanza non era come nelle foto, ma piccolissima. L'aria era chiusa, odore di chiuso, di muffa. Federa del cuscino strappata. Materasso da sostituire. A colazione per l'acqua del tè ho dovuto aspettare molto e poi chiedere se era pronta, alla fine non era calda al punto giusto.
In compenso ho potuto fare il check-in dopo la mezzanotte e il gestore, almeno quello che c'era per colazione, sembrava un tipo simpatico.
Un consiglio: le posate fornitele di acciaio, non di legno, non si possono mettere in bocca quelle di legno, troppo ruvide una volta messe in bocca, danno un fastidio terribile! Peggio di quelle di plastica!

Se si intende soggiornare per pochi giorni, ad esempio 2 giorni, la struttura può andar bene. Ahimè, non si parla d una struttura ristrutturata e si può constatare. Tutto sommato però la pulizia della stanza era eccellente. Se non avete grandi pretese e volete spendere poco, allora vi consiglio questa struttura che si trova a due passi (per davvero) dalla stazione Termini.

Posizione ottima, ma la camera singola è veramente piccola, con arredi datati e soprattutto molto rumorosa. Il bagno necessitava di urgenti sistemazioni, il sapone per la doccia presente in appositi dispenser, trovato vuoto e tale è rimasto fino al check out (utilizzato lo shampoo per lavarsi), il water incrostato e con pulsante dello scarico che si bloccava, asciugamano presente per la doccia e per le mani, ma non per il bidet. La sera presenza di persone che parlavano ad alta voce nel corridoio fino a ben oltre le 23 e ad ogni apertura della porta di accesso (specie se da remoto con apertura elettrica) un rumore assordante sveglierebbe chiunque.

Una buona struttura in zona molto comoda. Personale gentilissimo. Camera comoda provvista del necessario. Buona qualità - prezzo. Colazione a buffet, peccato che doveva essere consumata in camera per problemi covid.
