Italian breakfast, hot and cold drinks: espresso coffee, American coffee, tea, milk, cappuccino, chocolate, iced tea, fruit juices. Yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, butter, jam, chocolate spread, corn flakes and a series of single-dose packaged products brands: biscuits, biscuits, croissants and various snacks.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 6 to 3 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

La stanza molto accogliente, bagno nuovissimo e soprattutto entrambi pulitissimi. La colazione offre ampia scelta. La proprietaria disponibile e cortese. Se ne avrò occasione tornerò volentieri.

Struttura molto carina, molto curata e pulita. Ben collegata dai mezzi pubblici, quindi facile da raggiungere. Inoltre comoda come posizione perché vicina all'Hotel Ergife, che è spesso sede di concorsi. La prenderò sicuramente in considerazione le prossime volte che tornerò a Roma.

Posizione ottimale, vicino al Vaticano. Persone a dir poco meravigliose, disponibili per ogni tipo di problema. Per quanto mi riguarda lo consiglio a tutti senza nessun dubbio.

Ottima accoglienza. La titolare consegna una piantina del quartiere con i punti di ristorazione più consigliati e i collegamenti bus e metro. Suggerisce poi ristoranti e pizzerie dei quartieri del centro con relativo collegamento bus. Il B&B presenta locali di recente ristrutturazione, tutti nuovi. Camera e bagno spaziosi con ogni comfort.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti in questo B&B ed è stata una bella esperienza. La titolare, si è rilevata una persona molto squisita in quanto ancor prima di partire si è premunita di darci tutte le informazioni stradali via email per raggiungere il suo B&B. Al nostro arrivo ci ha nuovamente fornito delle indicazioni utili e ci ha atteso davanti al cancello di casa. Struttura accogliente e molto pulita. Colazione buona. Mezzi pubblici nelle vicinanze sia Metro che bus per raggiungere il centro in poco tempo.
