O. Effe. Suites is located 1. 5km from Piazza San Pietro and 800m from the Metro A Cornelia or Baldo degli Ubaldi stops.

The structure consists of 5 rooms: 2 Suites with Jacuzzi in the room, 1 double for triple use and 2 singles.

Each room is equipped with private bathroom, hydromassage shower, Smart TV, air conditioning, desk and wall paintings inspired by the Continents and made by the Ruggieri Brothers.

The whole is completed by a common terrace for both breakfast and relaxation.

Upon request, it will be possible to enjoy an à la carte and Italian breakfast, served directly in the room or on the shared terrace.

Free parking on the street and the area is outside the ZTL.

Finally, you will find a shuttle to Fiumicino airport 600m from the hotel.

Non saprei da dove cominciare per parlare della Signora Patrizia. L'unico vero motivo di questa recensione negativa è il mio rifiuto di concederle un check-out ritardato rispetto all'orario previsto. Al mio rifiuto di poter fare check-out alle 11, anziché alle 10 (poichè, purtroppo per me e per la mia disponibilità verso OGNUNO dei miei ospiti, avevo già accordato un check-in anticipato all'ospite del giorno dopo!), la Signora ha cominciato a inveire, dicendomi che l'ospite del giorno successivo avrebbe dovuto leggere che il check-in si poteva fare solo dalle 14 in poi... Quindi, avrei dovuto essere rigido con l'ospite del giorno dopo, ma flessibile con lei...INCOMMENTABILE! Le foto sono ASSOLUTAMENTE corrispondenti alla camera che vi sarà assegnata (come testimoniano tutte le altre recensioni!), mentre le "Quattro Stelle" di cui parla sempre la stessa Signora, sono relative alla media delle recensioni e non indicano la categoria della nostra struttura, che è un AFFITTACAMERE (non un 4*)...quantomeno saper leggere! Purtroppo per me, e spero per nessun altro collega in futuro, questo tipo di ospiti infestano le nostre strutture...e decidono di uscire di casa! Dio ce ne liberi.

Purtroppo capita anche questo tipo di ospite. Riceve un upgrade gratuito in Matrimoniale con Vasca Idromassaggio (forse non se n'è nemmeno accorto), ma lascia 4 alla voce "rapporto qualità-prezzo", avendo pagato 80 euro. Pochi minuti prima del check-in mi chiede conferma dell'indirizzo...sbagliando di circa 300 numeri civici (sarebbe finito quasi dall'altra parte di Roma ahahahahah), ma al gestore dà 5. Al check-in poi pretende di non pagare le tasse di soggiorno...e forse è qua che mi sono meritato il 5. ahahah 5 anche alla posizione: ma ha prenotato per partecipare ad un concorso a pochi metri dalla struttura (comunque conoscendo prima l'indirizzo). Ovviamente, nessun tipo di lamentela circa la pulizia, la posizione, etc etc...durante il soggiorno! Non penso si debba e possa aggiungere altro.

Place was great near the Vatican City and the center. Clean, well equipped with room amenities. Host was communicative and nice. There is an extra fee that might apply for those who want to check in late after 22:00.

Spacious, clean room, well-equipped, the jacuzzi was truly a plus. The location is a bit far, there is a bus stop right in front, the only issue is that the buses don't always come. Otherwise, we were welcomed very well by the lady managing the entries.
