The house in the garden is a new and cozy family-run Bed and Breakfast, just a stone's throw from the Grande Raccordo Anulare of Rome - exit 18 Casilina - and very well connected to the city center.
Located in a historic building, our apartment with independent entrance allows you to stay in complete freedom for weekends or longer periods in the eternal city, for work or tourism.
The house in the garden is located a few kilometers from the Tor Vergata Polyclinic, the Casilino Polyclinic, the Tor Vergata University, Ciampino Airport and the Castelli Romani.
It is strategically located to reach the Roma Est Shopping Center in just a few minutes.
It is also well connected to Rome's most well-stocked IKEA location.
It is easily accessible by car from the A24 and A1 highways.
By public transportation, it is possible to reach the House in the garden in 30 minutes from Termini Station thanks to BUS (50) stop Pigneto and the new Metro C stop Tobagi.

Very beautiful place with a nice terrace and many shops around. A bit far away from the city center but many buses and metro C are available to go to the center.

I absolutely recommend, comfortable and very clean. Close to the GRA and a short walk from metro C. Lina and Armando, the owners, are friendly and attentive to every need. La Casa nel Giardino is clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every comfort in a non-noisy area, so you can sleep well. I hope to come back soon, I really enjoyed my stay. The bed & breakfast La Casa nel Giardino is very nice and located near metro C (about 8 minutes on foot) with connection to metro A (for Termini train station) in San Giovanni. Very quiet area at night and lively during the day. Breakfast could be improved by adding some jam, otherwise croissants and juice are very good. Mrs. Lina is spectacular, very kind and attentive. Dogs are accepted without any problem. I highly recommend it.

Ho avuto modo di soggiornare in questo splendido B&B che mi ha aperto alla bellezza dei proprietari, due persone fantastiche, la struttura è curata, ogni dettaglio ti fa sentire a casa, lo stile ed il gusto,
la dedizione, disponibilità che offrono Lina e Armando sono ad alto livello. Ottimi i servizi e la pulizia.
La zona nonostante tutto che molto popolata è vivibile, non rumorosa ed offre spazi di verde che aiutano a rilassarsi; Spero di poterci fare ritorno con meno impegni e meno adrenalina.

Hôtes très accueillants, très serviables et très gentils.
Draps et essuies de bain changés tous les 2 jours, nettoyage fait tous les 2 jours.
L'une des 2 chambres et un peu petite pour le prix, mais il ne manque de rien.

Son stata a Roma in questo B&b pochi giorni fa. l'interno è carino, avevamo a disposizione un piccolo appartamentino tutto per noi, le stanze eran arredate a mio parere con gusto. La principale della casa nel giardino mi è sembrata una persona alla mano, gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le richieste del cliente. La colazione era abbastanza soddisfacente, anche se come tutti rimango sempre più colpita (per mia golosità) dai dolci fatti in casa. Non è una zona rumorosa quindi si può dormire in pace ed essere la mattina dopo belli svegli per prendere la metro che è abbastanza vicina.

Ottimo appartamento, comodo per dormire. Unico neo la mancanza del posto auto, per parcheggiare vicino bisogna essere fortunati.
Zona ben servita da supermercati e negozietti vari.
Non so se è servita bene dai mezzi in quanto eravamo automuniti.
La Signora Lina è molto gentile.

La casa nel giardino è senza dubbio il Bed and Breakfast da consigliare a chiunque abbia intenzione o necessità di visitare Roma. È posizionata a pochi passi dal GRA ed è ben servita da negozi, trasporti, ospedali, banche, ecc. È completa di tutti i confort, esteticamente è molto carina e ben curata in ogni dettaglio; La pulizia è da 100 e lode, il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo ed i gestori sono squisitamente cordiali, disponibili.. davvero delle brave persone che con l'occasione salutiamo e ringraziamo vivamente. La casa è molto carina e completa di tutto il necessario, la zona anche se in periferia, tranquilla e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, molti negozi e pizzerie nel quartiere, parcheggio auto riservato e sicuro. I proprietari molto gentili, simpatici e disponibili. Ottimo soggiorno, grazie Lina!

Cordiali ed estremamente disponibili i gestori, pulita e ordinata l'abitazione che nonostante essere piccina vanta ogni comfort. Vicina al centro e a negozi, banche e supermercati. Altamente consigliata. Grazie Lina!
