The house in the garden is a new and cozy family-run Bed and Breakfast, just a stone's throw from the Grande Raccordo Anulare of Rome - exit 18 Casilina - and very well connected to the city center.

Located in a historic building, our apartment with independent entrance allows you to stay in complete freedom for weekends or longer periods in the eternal city, for work or tourism.

The house in the garden is located a few kilometers from the Tor Vergata Polyclinic, the Casilino Polyclinic, the Tor Vergata University, Ciampino Airport and the Castelli Romani.

It is strategically located to reach the Roma Est Shopping Center in just a few minutes.

It is also well connected to Rome's most well-stocked IKEA location.

It is easily accessible by car from the A24 and A1 highways.

By public transportation, it is possible to reach the House in the garden in 30 minutes from Termini Station thanks to BUS (50) stop Pigneto and the new Metro C stop Tobagi.

The B & B in the Garden House is located in the immediate vicinity of the Policlinico Casilino.
It is also a few kilometers from University Campus of Tor Vergata.
And 'connected to the city center by the new metro C get off at Pigneto and take the (50) that in about twenty minutes to Stazione Termini where it crosses the metro A and B that can reach the most important touristic sites.

Very beautiful place with a nice terrace and many shops around. A bit far away from the city center but many buses and metro C are available to go to the center.

I absolutely recommend, comfortable and very clean. Close to the GRA and a short walk from metro C. Lina and Armando, the owners, are friendly and attentive to every need. La Casa nel Giardino is clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every comfort in a non-noisy area, so you can sleep well. I hope to come back soon, I really enjoyed my stay. The bed & breakfast La Casa nel Giardino is very nice and located near metro C (about 8 minutes on foot) with connection to metro A (for Termini train station) in San Giovanni. Very quiet area at night and lively during the day. Breakfast could be improved by adding some jam, otherwise croissants and juice are very good. Mrs. Lina is spectacular, very kind and attentive. Dogs are accepted without any problem. I highly recommend it.

I had the opportunity to stay at this splendid B&B that opened me up to the beauty of the owners, two fantastic people, the structure is well-kept, every detail makes you feel at home, the style and taste, the dedication, availability that Lina and Armando offer are top-notch. Excellent services and cleanliness. The area, despite being very populated, is livable, not noisy, and offers green spaces that help you relax; I hope to return with fewer commitments and less adrenaline. Thank you for everything. I was in Rome at this Bed & Breakfast a few days ago. The interior is nice, we had a small apartment all to ourselves, the rooms were tastefully furnished in my opinion. The manager of La Casa nel Giardino seemed to me to be a down-to-earth person, kind and willing to meet customer requests. The breakfast was quite satisfying, although as always I am impressed by the homemade sweets. It's not a noisy area so you can sleep in peace and be awake the next morning to catch the nearby metro.

Great apartment, comfortable for sleeping. The only downside is the lack of parking space, you have to be lucky to park nearby. Area well served by supermarkets and various shops. I don't know if it is well served by public transport as we had a car. Mrs. Lina is very kind. Recommended. The House in the Garden.

La Casa nel Giardino is undoubtedly the Bed and Breakfast to recommend to anyone who intends or needs to visit Rome. It is located a few steps from the GRA and is well served by shops, transport, hospitals, banks, etc. It is complete with all comforts, aesthetically very nice and well cared for in every detail. The cleanliness is top notch, the quality-price ratio is excellent and the managers are exquisitely friendly and helpful. The house is very nice and equipped with everything necessary. The area, although in the suburbs, is quiet and well served by public transport. There are many shops and pizzerias in the neighborhood.
