This apartment is a practical solution in a very quiet area: reaching the city center will be easy thanks to a Metro station just a few steps away!
The proximity to the Tor Vergata University campus, the Casilino Polyclinic, the Metro station, and the Castelli Romani area make it a crucial hub for a convenient stay in Rome.

The house is on the ground floor, there are no stairs to access. The area is extremely quiet and peaceful: parking can be easily found nearby.

You will find a comfortable and spacious bedroom, with a double bed with a memory foam mattress, hypoallergenic pillows, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a Smart TV, a desk for studying/working or a makeup area.

On either side of the bed, there are two bedside tables with a lamp and USB outlets to charge smartphones and other devices without the need for a charger. The room is also equipped with a 9000BTU air conditioner.

The small but well-kept bathroom has a fully tiled walk-in shower, a non-slip tray, a touch LED mirror, and everything you need for your stay (washing machine, hairdryer, iron, shower kit, and towels).

The kitchen is also fully equipped: a table with 4 chairs, a refrigerator, a kettle with always replenished tea bags, a microwave, an oven, utensils, a coffee machine with pods, a dishwasher, and a 4-burner stove.

Check-in from 7: 00 PM. Exceptions are possible upon request if the reservation is made well in advance!
