Description

The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by elevator. It has been renovated in 2023 to offer a modern and comfortable environment. At the entrance, you will find a living area with a kitchenette, equipped with a kettle for tea, microwave, refrigerator, and a table with four chairs. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

The main bedroom has a 32-inch television, a clothes rack, and air conditioning. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a 32-inch television, a wardrobe, and air conditioning. The spacious bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and washing machine. Linen is changed weekly to ensure your comfort.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the apartment. Furthermore, the entire property is reserved for non-smokers. Public parking is available nearby, although it is not bookable and may be subject to charges. Check-in is possible from 3: 00 PM to 7: 00 PM, while check-out is scheduled from 8: 00 AM to 10: 00 AM.

Upon arrival, the mandatory city tax of 6euros per person per day will be required. In addition, a cleaning fee of 35 euros will be charged for final cleaning.

We spent a long weekend at the B&B with family and it was truly a wonderful experience. Ideal structure, located in a quiet and elegant neighborhood and building, quite close to the Lepanto metro station, spotless, functional, with spacious and bright rooms, tastefully and carefully decorated in the details. And then, not least, I want to highlight the courtesy and availability of Mrs. Cristina, a truly exquisite person. Really highly recommended.

This place is so lovely! 5 minutes from transit to most of the normal Roma activities and 15 minute walk to the pope! I would strongly recommend getting your Vatican tickets in advance and getting to the line 30 minutes ahead of your ticket time, if you are late they do not let you in! Our host was lovely and got us dinner reservations and recommended restaurants for us which helped a lot since we were too tired to search on our own! We really enjoyed our stay!
