Our apartment is located in Rome, a city of art, in an area rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value, in the historic center of the city in the San Giovanni area. "Ion Apartment" is a structure with an elegant and meticulously designed, unique and unmistakable style.

Our guests will have the opportunity to stroll and shop along the shopping streets, enjoy the view of historical monuments, and experience the flavors of the place thanks to various restaurants, get lost in cultural events and exhibitions.

A short distance from our residence, guests will find several famous monuments and places, such as the Colosseum and the Basilica of San Giovanni.

Our property is the ideal location for families who want to find the comforts of their own home in their places of stay, for a romantic getaway to meet and rediscover each other.

The apartment is 50 square meters and has recently been renovated, with a living room equipped with a sofa bed and a large kitchenette, bathroom, and spacious bedroom. Free wifi, heated rooms, air conditioning, toiletries, and free return are available to our customers.

You will be welcomed and assisted by managers who can speak Italian and English.

Thanks to its location, our property is suitable for city travel using the metro (Metro A - San Giovanni) or various buses.

The apartment will be at your disposal entirely. It's inside an historical palace in the neighborhood called San Giovanni. It's close to one of the four Papal Basilicas St John Lateran’s (1. 2Km) and to the Colosseum (1. 5Km). You will find a metro station San Giovanni at 1Km away form the apartmente, but there are many bus that can carry you everywhere. The house is very nice and comfortable. However, the problem is that it is on the ninth floor and there is only one elevator that can fit 2 people, maximum 3. The biggest problem was arriving home and not finding it clean, but oh well, we waited for the company that was late because the owner was not at fault, in fact, he was also very kind. The location could be fine if more buses passed by, but all in all, it’s okay. There are 4/5 stops nearby (Licia, Gallia-Licia, Gallia-Saturnia, De Mattias Pannonia). The buses that pass (360, 671, 665) do not connect directly to Termini, but you can get off at Re di Roma with the 671 from Gallia Licia and take the metro to go directly where you want. Finally, a few meters away is the Penny and then a café/restaurant called Danny’s. Thank you very much, all in all, it was a nice experience!
