The two "owls" will be happy to help you get the best of your stay in Rome, be it for holiday or for business.

All rooms have: private bathroom with shower, gratis wifi, hair dryer, TV, ceiling fan or air conditioning.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

A typical italian breakfast is served in the dining room. On the buffet you will find juice, cold milk, cakes, pies and jam homemade, chocolate and honey, cereals and yoghurt, bread and butter to which alternated freshly croissants, fruit and meats. The two " Owls" serve the Italian or American coffee, cappuccino, tea and infusions, barley, ginseng, and chocolate.

B&B Le due civette is located in Via Fregene, 6, Rome. We have chosen a location that is perfect for who is visiting Rome as well as for who is coming for work purposes, easy to reach from the airport or the train station or by car.
Via Fregene, is a quiet side street of Via Appia Nuova, a few metres from Saint John Lateran, one of the doors to the city center. The B&B is five minutes from the Metro A Line that takes you very quickly to every place of interest of Rome and Vatican City as well as to Termini train station. There are also many buses with routes to other central areas such as piazza Navona, piazza Venezia, Campo di Fiori. At walking distance you have the Colosseum, the Forum, Circo Massimo. The Tuscolana train station is just 15 minutes walk or 1 subway stop) and from there you have frequent and regular connections to and from the airport.

Recently renovated and well-maintained structure. Very kind and helpful staff. The location is excellent, very close to the metro. Breakfast could be enriched.

Très très bien. Chaque jour, Sonia (qui parle très bien français) prenait le temps de nous conseiller avec de nombreux détails (historique ou artistique) sur tout ce qu'il y avait à faire ou voir autour du lieu que nous avions prévu de visiter et comment nous y rendre. En fait, je ne vois pas comment nous aurions pu mieux trouver.

Struttura in posizione strategica e in una zona ben servita e tranquilla, con stazioni metro, bus e tram vicine. Struttura accogliente e confortevole. Établissement très bien situé à proximité des transports en commun, Sonia parle très bien français et de très bons conseils pour une bonne organisation des visites, connaît son pays et son histoire sur le bout des doigts, merci à elle pour tout. Seul point négatif l'insonorisation de la chambre, ultra sonore, ça gâche un peu le confort dans la chambre.

L'accueil est d'une qualité exceptionnelle, les recommandations pour la découverte de Rome demultiplient le plaisir du séjour tant pour la culture que la gastronomie. Le proprietarie della struttura sono due donne fantastiche, gentili, disponibili e ricche di utili consigli. Il B&B é situato al primo piano in una zona tranquilla e non lontana dal centro, comunque raggiungibile con la metro. La camera é deliziosa, arredata a tema e pulita. Non possiede un minibar qualora si voglia acquistare delle bibite ma é a disposizione il frigo della sala comune. La colazione soddisfacente, Paola e Sonia preparano delle torte deliziose e mi hanno fatto trovare anche una torta senza prodotti animali. Da consigliare senza dubbio così come ritornerò non appena possibile e questa volta sceglierò la stanza delle civette. Grazie ancora di tutto.

Voilà, nous sommes rentrés. Un grand merci à Paola et Sonia pour leur disponibilité. Les conseils de Paola en francais pour regarder par le trou de la serrure (seuls ceux qui l'ont faits comprendrons), j'ai adoré.. Les chambres sont très propres avec salle de bains et toilette privés. Merci encore de nous avoir attendus si tard le premier jour suite au retard de l'avion. Un petit conseil, ne prenez pas le bus en sortant de l'aéroport, vous mettrez trop de temps. Les petits Restos autour du B&B sont beaucoup moins chers qau centre de Rome et très bons. J'espère revenir vous voir et vous enverrai mes enfants sans problème. Une adresse à conserver et à transmettre. A bientôt. Sandrine et Thierry.

Paola e Sonia sono persone squisite. potrebbero inoltre fare da guide turistiche senza problemi. danno ottimi consigli e informazioni su quanto da vedere e da fare, rendendo la vita.. facile a qualsiasi turista. brave. Senza contare che gli ambienti sono molto curati, puliti, arredati con gusto ed elegante semplicità. e per finire la colazione è ottima.

Les due civette sont accueillantes, accommodantes et de bons conseils. Elles vous aident à organiser votre journée de visite, acceptent de servir le petit déjeuner un peu plus tôt si besoin et ont réagi rapidement quand elles ont vu que la douche était un peu défectueuse et lorsque nous avions besoin d'informations. La chambre et la cuisine où l'on prend le petit déjeuner sont très propres, un petit bonbon vous attend dans votre chambre toutes la literie et le linge mis à disposition sont de qualité. On entendait beaucoup les gens au-dessus mais je ne sais pas si c'est un souci d'isolation ou s'ils étaient particulièrement bruyants. Le logement est bien situé pas loin du métro, il ne faut qu'une demi-heure en métro pour rejoindre le Vatican au Nord de la ville. Le quartier n'est pas aussi nickel que le reste du centre ville mais cette chambre d'hôtes offre un excellent rapport qualité prix. J'aurai bien aimé quelques viennoiseries pour compléter le petit déjeuner. Les confitures maison sont très bonnes.
