TO 100 mt FROM THE COLOSSEUM!!
Our B&B is located in a Old-Style building in the heart of Rome, to 100 mt from Colosseo, Imperial Forums and the most important monuments as Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, and the most beautiful churches and museums simply by strolling there.

Rooms:
- 1 double or triple rooms
- 2 double or triple or quadruple room
2 the rooms have a delicius old-style little balcony (as in picture) 1 room faces the our private inner garden, all private bathroom.

Breakfast is served in the bar a few meters from us with tea room, or outdoor tables under large umbrellas
On request, daily cleaning with linen or without, a fee.

We are a family of photographers...

All you have to do is go down the stairs, out of the door and you will step into history.

Be sure not to forget your camera!!
Breakfast is a choice between; Cappuccino, coffee or tea, then again, brioche, rusks, butter, jam and fruit drink.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 31 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:30 AM

Other notes

You can use the garden, to eat only foods to take away, it is possible the use of glasses, cutlery, plates and cups, but we kindly ask the guests to wash the dishes after use and leave the garden tidy for other guests . Thanks.

Appartement idéalement situé à quelques pas du Colisée. Une ligne de bus (81) situé à 2 pattés de maison nous emmène directement au Vatican (Piazza del Risorgimento). Notre hôte, la charmante Nicoletta, nous a chaleureusement accueillis et indiqués les divers "trattoria" du coin pour vivre pleinement notre expérience romaine. La chambre est parfaitement insonorisée, malgré une rue vivante. Nous avons très bien dormi chacune des 5 nuits dans une literie confortable. Nous le recommandons vivement!

La location est fantastique! A seulement 4 min a pied du Colisée. Nous avons eu une grande chambre lumineuse et spate use avec salle de Bain privée. Chambre tres propre. Nicoleta nous a envoye un taxi pour nous recuperer a l aeroport et nous a bien accueilli malgré notre Arrivee tardive. Nous avons également pu loué une Vespa a 2 min de l'hotel. Le gerant est un peu fou Mais super sympa. En tout cas je recommande virement ce B&B et je reviendrai pour sur! Merci Nicoleta!

J'ai passé une semaine de rêve dans ce logement au coeur de Rome: La maitresse de maison Nicoleta est vraiment adorable, toujours attentionnée, prête à rendre service et à conseiller ou aider dans certaines démarches pratiques (son mari et ses enfants m'ont également aidé, quel bonheur). Je vous recommande donc très sincèrement cette adresse et je sais que j'y retournerai les yeux fermés! Merci encore Nicoleta et à bientôt.

Struttura non recentissima ma confortevole, niente tv in camera ma non ne abbiamo sentito affatto la mancanza. La colazione in convenzione col bar sotto casa è essenziale, preferibile chiedere uno sconto e cercare di meglio. In sintesi è una soluzione economica e un buon punto di partenza per visitare Roma. Molto cortesi i padroni di casa.

Questo B&B si trova a meno di 5 minuti dal Colosseo. Stanze pulite ed un bellissimo giardino interno per riposarsi dopo una giornata di visite a Roma. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi, chiedete a loro consigli per non visitare la solita Roma.

That to say. this storical area is animated and alive, rich of small restaurants, Wine cellars and storees, the typical roman area of the historical center. we have the windows antinoise.
Metropolitan "Colosseo" is near the B&B and the bus for Trastevere pass just to 100 meters from here. The Station Terms catches up with one comfortable walk.
