In about twenty minutes on foot, you can reach the Colosseum, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, and the Circus Maximus, making the apartment an ideal starting point to discover some of the most important historical icons of the capital. Nearby, just about a hundred meters away on Viale Manzoni, you will find typical trattorias and pizzerias, while a supermarket with a deli just fifty meters away meets everyday needs.
Transportation connections are convenient and quick: the Manzoni metro station is approximately three hundred meters away, and Termini Station is about a kilometer away. The accommodations are particularly suitable for families and small groups, with the capacity to host up to 10-12 people in the same private building.

We had a great stay at Palazzo Francesco. The house is very beautiful, clean and tidy and has everything you need. It is located in a quiet and conveniently situated area for visiting Rome on foot or using the "Manzoni" metro. Giuseppe is a very helpful, friendly host and quick to respond in communications.

The apartment is very well located. It is close to a metro and you can also visit many places on foot. There are restaurants nearby, a bakery and a café. There are fewer people than in very touristy areas, so it is refreshing. The apartment is clean and functional. For spending a few days in Rome it is very good. The host is also attentive if you need recommendations.
