Description
Located in a prime spot in the heart of Rome, Palazzo Francesco is a recently renovated two-room apartment on the first floor, designed to provide a comfortable stay in an urban setting that is surprisingly quiet. The balcony adds a lovely outdoor space, perfect for taking a break after a day spent exploring the city's wonders.

In about twenty minutes on foot, you can reach the Colosseum, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, and the Circus Maximus, making the apartment an ideal starting point for discovering some of the capital's most significant historical landmarks. Nearby, just around one hundred meters away on Viale Manzoni, you'll find traditional trattorias and pizzerias, while a supermarket located only fifty meters away caters to everyday needs.

Transportation is convenient and quick: the Manzoni metro station is approximately three hundred meters away, and Termini Station is about one kilometer from the accommodation. The lodging is particularly suitable for families and small groups, with the option to accommodate additional guests in two other apartments within the same private building.

For those traveling by car, there is public street parking available, which is not reserved, or a paid secure parking facility located at Via Galilei 66, just a few minutes' walk away. The owner, Giuseppe, welcomes guests with genuine enthusiasm and a desire to provide a pleasant experience, meticulously attending to every detail.

Area Esquilino
The area where the apartment is located perfectly blends centrality with tranquility, offering an authentic and well-serviced environment that is away from the busiest traffic yet close to the city's main landmarks. The neighborhood is lively during the day and pleasantly quiet in the evenings, making it ideal for those who wish to experience Rome at a relaxed pace without sacrificing the convenience of transportation and amenities.

Just a short walk away, you can find traditional trattorias, pizzerias, and cafes popular with locals, perfect for enjoying local cuisine in a casual and genuine atmosphere. The presence of neighborhood shops and a supermarket nearby makes it easy to manage daily life, even for longer stays.

The location allows for easy walking to historically and artistically significant sites such as the Colosseum and the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, while a bit further away are other important monumental sites that narrate the capital's millennia-old history. Getting around the rest of the city is straightforward thanks to the Manzoni metro station, which provides quick access to the historic center and Termini Station, the main hub for trains, buses, and airport connections. Thus, the area presents a balanced option for those looking to explore Rome with ease, returning at the end of the day to a welcoming and well-connected environment.
