Ginny's room is located in the heart of Rome, just a 10-minute walk from the Vatican, St. Peter's Square, Castel Sant'Angelo, and many other historical points of interest in the city. It is also situated 700 meters away from both the Cipro and Ottaviano metro stations.

The area is well-served by restaurants, pubs, bars with excellent breakfast options, and various activities.

All rooms come with air conditioning, a TV, a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer. Additionally, there is a shared kitchen available for your use with all necessary amenities.

Price too high compared to the service offered. Bathroom door and bed headboard damaged, tiny bathroom with very small shower, my partner couldn't even take a shower without constantly bumping into things. Unfortunately, for the first time after many trips to Rome, I find myself having to leave a negative review... There are better accommodations with lower prices if you don't need to be close to St. Peter's.

The room is clean and nice, good location. Unfortunately, the bathroom ventilator was not working and the handheld bidet sprayer splashed water too strongly, making it unusable. The price (95.00 euros) for one night, without breakfast, is frankly excessive.

The cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory (floors, furniture, and fixtures). The bathroom lacks a bidet (replaced by a very inconvenient hand-held shower usable in the toilet) but the operator did not make an explicit declaration in the published listing. The television is not working, and the operator did not take immediate action to remedy the situation, nor did she go to the location to personally verify it, merely stating that she would call a technician. The bathroom door frame is damaged and partly repaired with flowery adhesive tape. Lack of an air extractor in the same bathroom. In conclusion, the cost of €95.00 per night, without breakfast included, appeared absolutely excessive compared to the quality of the service provided.

Nice and clean structure in a great location: bus stop just a step away and metro 7 minutes walk. Kind and helpful owner. What can I say, I am really satisfied.

Excellent facility in a quiet area and, something fundamental for me when I travel alone, the excellent communication with the owner. Not to underestimate the presence, in the immediate vicinity, of an excellent pastry shop where you can have breakfast. Impeccable cleanliness. Definitely a b&b to return to and recommend to friends.
