Located in Rome, 500 m from Vatican Museums, Tinkerbell is in an historical building in the heart of Rome (with lift), 5 minutes by walking to the subway, near the Saint Peter's Basilica, Sistine Chapel, Vatican Museums and Sant'Angelo Castle.

The property lies in a safe and elegant area of the city, surrounded by a myriad of shops, typical restaurants, pubs, cafès and characteristic nightspots.

Each rooms have a memory foam mattress and pillows, rooms here include a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and an electric kettle in the room.

The private bathroom has chromotherapy features, free toiletries and a hairdryer.

Possibility to book private Mercedes with driver to/from the airport and train station. To book this service, contact us (possibly via Whatsapp or SMS) indicating all the flight details (arrival time, landing airport, flight number and airline or railway station and train number).

I am a passionate psychologist and psychotherapist who loves to travel, nature and sports. I enjoy meeting new people, especially from other cultures and traditions, because I believe that exchanging ideas enriches each one of us.

By chance, I started welcoming guests to my city and, with all my heart, I created this cozy B&B in the center of Rome. I tried to include everything that I like to find when I visit new places and, together with my daughter, I took care of every little detail, paying attention to the most inspiring Tinkerbell (known as Campanellino in Italy, the fairy from Peter Pan).. and so, our little gem was born, where you can breathe a magical atmosphere.

I like to think that this is not just a job to offer accommodation, but a place where friendships are made. It's a welcoming nest (which many guests, who are now friends, call it) where you can take refuge at the end of a busy day. That's why, during check-in, I spend time with new arrivals, providing a city map and exchanging a few words to get to know each other and provide useful (and absolutely non-touristic) advice to visit the capital in the best possible way.

Our small structure is not intended to be a large and cold hotel to receive clients, but a small family reality that loves to participate in building unforgettable and personalized experiences with you. Often, upon request, we join in making your special moments even more intense, decorating the rooms with flower bouquets, rose petals on the bed, balloons, wine bottles, cards, cakes, and personalized writings on the large wall/chalkboard.

My goal is to create moments and sensations that remain in the heart, and the greatest satisfaction is to receive from many of you Christmas wishes, sometimes handmade gifts, or simply a friendly message outside of work.. all signs that the goal has been fully achieved!

Located in a central area of the quiet and residential neighborhood of Prati, just a stone's throw away from the majestic Sistine Chapel, the Vatican Museums, Saint Peter's Basilica, Castel Sant'Angelo and the famous shopping street "Cola di Rienzo". The Olympic Stadium can be reached on foot or comfortably with a single bus.

Well connected by public transport (bus stops are located 30 seconds away on foot and the "Ottaviano-San Pietro" stop of metro line A is just a 5-minute walk), making it easy to reach all the main attractions in Rome.

We spent a wonderful week(7 nights) at Tinker Bell Guesthouse in Rome! The location is really fantastic: just steps from the Ottaviano metro, so getting around the city was very easy. The area is full of lovely little restaurants and bars, all within walking distance, so we always had plenty of options for good meals and evening drinks. We had requested a room with two single beds: it wasn't available immediately, but after a couple of days they moved us without issues. The owner was extremely helpful and always reachable on WhatsApp, so any question or request was resolved quickly. Overall, a welcoming place in a top location with attentive and kind service— highly recommended, also for the excellent value for money! 🌟

B&b in an excellent location to visit S.Peter / Vatican and the center of Rome. The area is quiet but you can reach S.Peter in 10 minutes on foot; nearby there are bars/bakeries/restaurants/wine shops and the main services. Manuela was courteous and kind, with useful advice and suggestions.

Very pleasant and lively quarter. Wonderful experience! Excellent property where we spent 4 days in August 2023. Right from the start, we felt comfortable thanks to the kindness and availability shown by Mrs. Manuela, the owner of the property. We found the room very cozy, well-kept in detail, clean, and we stayed in tranquility despite the central location of the B&B. The location and proximity to the main “Roman beauties” make “TinkerBell Roma” a pleasant structure for holidays but equally comfortable and strategic for work commitments. Certainly, the property deserves a nice 10 for its location, hospitality, and management.

This property was a fantastic discovery: cared for in every little detail, very comfortable memory foam mattresses and pillows, impeccable cleanliness, beautiful shower with chromotherapy in the bathroom in the room! The neighborhood is very quiet and central, full of shops and restaurants of all kinds... moreover the area is perfectly connected both by metro and by bus. Manuela very kind and super helpful. She even booked us a blue car from the airport to the guest house and the service was simply perfect. TinkerBell has definitely become our reference point in Rome!

At TinkerBell we had a great time. The location is strategic, very close to St. Peter's, convenient to transportation and perfect for events at the Olympic Stadium. The structure has a common area and very cozy and well-furnished rooms, with everything you need to prepare breakfast, even though there are excellent bars, typical restaurants and ice cream shops in the area. We had the most extraordinary and marvelous time under the Tinker Bell’s watch. A nice experience, almost a surprise! Great location to move around as it's just a few steps from the metro. I stayed in room number 5: well-furnished, clean, spacious, and bright room... nothing to envy from much more "sponsored" and expensive hotels, already entering from the entrance you have that sense of warmth of "home". But the real difference is made by Manuela: beautiful, kind, sunny, and super helpful for any information or issue. I left Rome with the certainty that if I ever had to return, I've already found a home! Thanks again for everything.

I was in Rome for a teaching assignment at the 24 Hour Business School, the next day I would attend the general audience of Pope Francis with Lia Beltrami, the boys from the Brazilian favelas and their Laudato Sì project. I looked for a Bed & Breakfast near the Vatican and the name Tinker Bell immediately inspired me: yes, Peter Pan was my favorite fairy tale as a child, I knew it by heart! And indeed, as soon as I tested the remote opening system of the gate at Via Campanella 3 (which should be renamed Campanellino for coherence!), I found an island that was still unknown to me in the capital: exquisite hospitality (the host is fabulous, very nice, punctual, who surprises you and fills you with attention), an elevator that flies up and takes you with the wind to the 3rd floor, the wonder as soon as you step through the door of the apartment (with an immediate sense of "home", but a home frequented, full of human warmth - with all the colorful testimonials of the coming and going of international guests on display, both in the open guestbook and in the inviting giant slate wall waiting only to be filled with graffiti and your cute thoughts. Beautiful open invitation to curiosity and knowledge! The room? Well, absolutely comfortable and spacious, clean, overlooking a neighborhood (Trionfale, nomen omen) to be savored in the evening, with its many clubs and numerous historic residential buildings. A peaceful and very happy nest, to which is added the relaxation offered by the brand new shower cabin, with chromotherapy. The only regret? Having left at 5:30 heading to the Holy Office, without being able to savor the sunlit coffee scents in the living room or meet the mythical Manuela in person - could she be the fairy who does everything that gives the name to this corner of Paradise? One day I will come back to find out, promised!

Good value for money, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, very close to the Vatican, very quiet area of Rome. We were greeted with warmth and flexibility in terms of timings! Cozy and clean room, the only downside: the mattress is a bit soft but, being very subjective, I don't feel like taking away a star!

The welcome from Manuela, the comfort, the cleanliness, her famous map with the indication of all the strategic points, I was amazed by the trust she places in the guests. Located in a strategic point, 5 minutes to the metro, 10 minutes walk to the Vatican City, abundant and varied breakfast, very comfortable beds, delightful furnishings, extremely clean premises, in short, feeling at home here is very easy, even leaving a piece of heart, we will return. We stayed here for only one night and we had a great time. The structure is very well taken care of in all aspects. We were welcomed by the owner, Manuela, who was very kind and helpful. The Metro is a few hundred meters away, but the area is quiet and reserved, so definitely strategic to enjoy the Eternal City to the fullest. Maria, Jacopo, and I recommend it. See you next time!

I stayed at this property in July 2021, with my family. TinkerBell Roma Guest House is located in a building in the Prati area, a 5-minute walk from the Vatican Museums, old but very well maintained and even equipped with an internal elevator. The rooms are inside small apartments, very nice and modernly furnished. The breakfast area includes a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and is stocked with everything needed to satisfy abundantly. However, I confess that we made little use of it because there are fantastic places in the area to have breakfast. Essential is the cleanliness, which is impeccable, from the living area, passing through the rooms, and ending up in the bathroom. There are certainly several beautiful structures in Rome, I don't know how many, however, to which the kindness of an owner like Manuela can be matched. I had booked at TinkerBell in October 2020, a trip then canceled due to restrictions issued during that period, and I had already had the opportunity to experience the courtesy and availability. Manuela proved to be understanding and attentive to the customer's needs, which is why in July I strongly wanted TinkerBell for my stay in Rome, and the impression was confirmed, Manuela (together with her staff) was always present for every request and need, providing advice on where to go and how to get there, with that touch of Roman sympathy that never hurts. I don't know when we will return to Rome, but surely, when we do, we will stay at TinkerBell again!

I was very impressed by the property: beautiful, tastefully furnished, and very clean! TinkerBell Roma Guest House is in an excellent location, just steps away from the Vatican and the metro. The area is also perfect for finding parking nearby. I would recommend staying in this place 100%!

At TinkerBell Roma Guest House we had a really great time. Convenient location to take the metro at Ottaviano. Very cute and cozy room, with everything needed for a weekend of relaxation. The shared area is well taken care of in every detail, super clean, truly delightful. Perfect breakfast, with fresh donut, fruit, yogurt and more, really nothing was missing. Manuela was very kind and overly available. It was truly a pleasure to stay at TinkerBell Roma Guest House!

I spent a weekend in this clean and cozy bed and breakfast just a stone's throw from the Vatican. The rooms are bright, the beds very comfortable, the breakfast abundant, the hostess is kind and helpful. I will definitely come back.
