Upon arrival, guests will be given the keys to the accommodation, which must be returned upon check-out, ensuring complete independence during their stay. Upon check-in, guests will also be asked to provide a photocopy of their ID and sign a tourist rental agreement, as required by current legislation.

The tourist tax is €6 per person per night, excluding children under 10 years of age. The maximum length of stay is 28 consecutive nights in the same property. Furthermore, housekeeping will be provided after each guest checks out, not during their stay. If requested during their stay, there will be a surcharge of €30.
