The house is in a very convenient location, close to the metro and well served by shops, bars, and restaurants. There is no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan in the bedroom, and no washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom and shower are very comfortable. The bed is fairly comfortable.
