Breakfast is a special moment for us, where we can get to know each other, exchange ideas, useful information and gather energy for a great day ahead. That's why we offer a primarily Italian-style breakfast, with milk, coffee, tea, juices, yogurt that accompany a selection of homemade jams, homemade sweets, and the most classic bakery products. Our Bed & Breakfast is located in the historic center of Bagnoregio, near Piazza Cavour where stands the Cathedral of St. Nicholas. The area is well served, with parking (even longer pause) a few meters, capable of loading / unloading luggage at 10 meters from the B & B, restaurants and bank.
We are strategically located to visit the old town of Bagnoregio, with its narrow streets, churches, landscapes, and to achieve the wonderful Civita di Bagnoregio with the picturesque valley of the badlands.
Within a radius of 20 kilometers are the beautiful cities of Orvieto and Viterbo, the largest volcanic lake in Europe (that of Bolsena), the home of the Est Est Est Montefiascone, Terme dei Papi in Viterbo and a thousand other immersed in a beautiful nature sometimes wild.

Fantastic and personal service from the owner and his mother. We arrived much later than expected and the owner was unfailingly polite. The breakfast was homemade and hot, with local products served - it was one of the best I have had. The room was spotlessly clean and the view out the window from the bed was nothing short of spectacular.

The B&B del Prato is located in the center in a historic building. What makes it special is Sandra, the owner, who does everything to make you feel at home. Excellent breakfast with genuine cakes prepared by her. It is worth mentioning the attention given in preparing a gluten-free cake for our celiac daughter. A must-stop for those passing through that area.

New and comfortable structure, with a microclimate that makes it ideal even during hot periods. Located in the center of Bagnoregio, with a strategic position that makes every service within easy reach, although the municipality has limitations on restaurant services after 8:00 PM. Sandra is a friendly and always present person, who with her hospitality has made our stay pleasant and immersed in a familiar atmosphere.

The room assigned to us is the one with yellow walls (we were told it was nicer than the one requested). Unfortunately, the room is converted from a space where the only small window is five meters from the ground (the room is very high) and the glass entrance door overlooks the alley directly. The bed is wedged between a wall and the fireplace. Once the door is closed, there is no ventilation (you can turn on the dehumidifier if you wish, but it's noisy at night). The bathroom was not very clean, the floor mat dirty, small shower with a used net sponge inside. The breakfast is abundant in bakery goods, it would have been nice to find some fruit and something savory. The parking in front of the b&b is time-limited, but there is a large paid parking lot a short distance away and the b&b should provide a free pass (we were not given one because they had run out).

We had a great time with Sandra, an impeccable host, good in the kitchen (her cakes are excellent) and a source of lots of information about the village and the surroundings of Bagnoregio. The property is right in the center, about 15 minutes walk from the Civita bridge and very close to restaurants and supermarkets.

Located in an elegantly renovated historic building, equipped with all the comforts. We appreciated the availability and courtesy of Sandra (Owner of the property) who with her kindness accompanied the splendid weekend. A surprise was the breakfast characterized by an indefinite number of homemade cakes for the occasion; we knew from other reviews that it was abundant but not this much. Excellent! Noteworthy are the touch control skylights in the rooms and bathroom. The entire floor was reserved for us (5 people) and we will return with great pleasure, in spring. Thank you, see you soon.

I only spent one night at the B&B del Prato but Sandra, the owner, was very friendly and helpful, providing many suggestions on what to do, visit, and where to eat. The property is located in an old house in the center of Bagnoregio with parking available in the adjacent square. It is a charming property, well furnished and clean, with a spacious private bathroom, although it is external to the room.

Very pleasant experience! I highly recommend this B&B del Prato to anyone who wants to spend a weekend in Civita di Bagnoregio. The structure is located in Bagnoregio, 900 meters from Civita (a very pleasant walk). Mrs. Sandra and her husband are welcoming, delightful, and very helpful people. I was with my boyfriend to celebrate his 30th birthday and Sandra was exceptional in helping me organize the best surprises for him. We felt at home and pampered. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms have everything you need, and the breakfast (very good) is served with love by Sandra with cakes and typical delicacies of the place. We carry a beautiful memory with us. TIP: ask Sandra for advice on where to eat in the area. Sarah (and Danilo).

I had long wanted to visit Civita di Bagnoregio, we thank Sandra for her hospitality. The location is quiet and central, and especially ideal for visiting Civita di Bagnoregio. The breakfast was delicious with homemade cakes. She allowed us to enter Civita with the car (which is not obvious, given the restrictions) and showed us the free parking where we could leave the car. Inside the town, Mrs. Sandra makes the difference, very kind and helpful with advice on restaurants and places to visit in the surroundings. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately our stay in Bagnoregio was very short, but despite this we had the opportunity to discover the immense availability and kindness of Sandra, who made us feel at home immediately. Excellent cook, at breakfast you will be spoiled for choice among all the various cakes she will prepare, a nice charge before heading out. Consigliatissimo. Ottima posizione per visitare la splendida Civita. All’arrivo la padrona di casa Sandra ci ha accolti mettendoci a nostro agio e preparandoci un buon caffè. As a couple we were lucky enough to have the top floor of this house to ourselves, with a choice of three bedrooms. We had exclusive use of the bathroom but the set up would have been great for a larger family. We had a lovely view over the town square and the trees and hills beyond. Sandra was a lovely, friendly hostess who provided amazing breakfasts (especially if you have a sweet tooth like us!) with cheeses and cold meats, croissants, lots of home made tarts and cakes and a basket of fruit. The strawberry tart was absolutely delicious! She did her best to communicate with limited English, and unfortunately we don't speak Italian, but she loved to talk to us and would use Google Translate when necessary. This is a lovely old house in old Bagnoreggio, about 25mins walk from the Civita. Access is from the Piazza Cavour where we were generally able to find a parking space. There were some good restaurants very near. This was a ideal location in central Italy and we had some great visits to Viterbo, Villa Lante, Villa Farnese, Sacro Bosco, Lago di Bolsena etc.

Che dire, il voto 10 per cortesia e accoglienza della signora Sandra non è sufficiente, bisogna aggiungere minimo 5 stelle. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere la Civita che è magica. Le colazioni della signora Sandra sono da leccarsi i baffi e lei è strepitosa nel realizzare i suoi numerosi dolci uno diverso dall'altro. Peccato solo 2 notti! La conclusione è sicuramente di provare e di stare almeno 4/5 giorni perché il territorio circostante è pieno di bellezze e paesaggi unici senza tralasciare la buona cucina del luogo. Ci torneremo.

Stupenda gita di passaggio a Bagnoregio! Non si poteva chiedere di meglio che sostare in un ambiente familiare, caratteristico e caldo (in senso umano!). La Signora Sandra, che ci ha accolti nel più caloroso dei modi, è una donna eccezionale che rende tutto così famigliare da sentirsi realmente a casa. Il suo bed & breakfast è molto accogliente e tutto dà una sensazione di relax e pace, merito anche del paese in cui giace, Bagnoregio, in cui si respira la serenità e la pace e che per lo meno a me, ha ricordato la spensieratezza e la serenità dell'infanzia. La struttura si trova a circa un chilometro dalla meravigliosa Civita, paese medievale che almeno una volta nella vita è d'obbligo andare a visitare, giusto per ricordarci quanto sia bella e variegata la nostra Italia. Se devo trovare un difetto al nostro splendido soggiorno è la pulizia del bagno di cui siamo rimasti delusi. Era palesemente già usato da chi ci ha preceduto. Lo voglio giustificare solo perché la signora è molto occupata tra i suoi due bed & breakfast, ma lo segnalo perché non è corretto e mi auguro non si ripeta in futuro, dato che spero ci sarà occasione di ritornarci. Comunque lo consiglio!

Gentile Azzurra, ringrazio per le belle parole spese riguardo il vostro soggiorno a Bagnoregio, che ripagano del nostro impegno quotidiano volto ad offrire una permanenza serena e piacevole. Mi spiace molto leggere nell'ultima parte del suo commento un qualcosa che mi permetto di definire "fantasioso": la pulizia del bagno viene sempre effettuata tra un ospite e l'altro. Non posso ricordare questo caso in particolare, non escludo che la pulizia possa essere stata fatta in maniera veloce e che ci possa essere stata una disattenzione ma escludo categoricamente che il bagno possa essere stato consegnato come lasciato dai precedenti ospiti. Check-in sempre più anticipati, partenze sempre più ritardate possono portare ad attività da svolgere in tempi miseri, ma non ci permetteremmo mai di consegnare una stanza senza aver pulito il bagno. Spero veramente potrete tornare ad essere nostri ospiti per dimostrare con i fatti quanto scritto, come facciamo quotidianamente con tutti i nostri ospiti. A presto. Sandra.

Voglio scrivere 2 parole per questo B&B dove abbiamo soggiornato dal 4 al 6 marzo 2016. La struttura si trova in 1 "viccoletto" che ti porta indietro nel tempo. Si trova proprio nel centro del Bagnoregio in 1 punto strategico da dove si puo partire per visitare tanti bei paesini e meravigliose vedute come Bagnoregio, Viterbo, Orvieto, Bagnaia, Acquapendente, Vitorchiano, Parco di Bomarzo con i suoi splendidi mostri e Villa Lante a Bagnaia (1 splendore di giardino al italiana), Bolsena con suo castello e la sua panorama sul lago di Bolsena. La struttura è pulitissima e anche lo stile ci è piaciuto moltissimo. Appena entri in questa B&B ad aspettarti e farti sentire a casa ci pensa Signora Sandra. Scritto con maiuscolo proprio perché Lei è 1 grande signora che ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa e ci chiacchiera volentieri con tutti e da consigli utili per il viaggi e bei posti da vedere, o dove mangiare bene nei dintorni e come fare a spendere di meno che nei giorni di oggi mi sembra anche importante. Nei giorni che siamo stati essendo marzo e come si sa Marzo è pazzerello cera fuori molto freddo, ma dentro in casa si stava benissimo, forse anche troppo caldo per me! I colazioni di signora Sandra sono 1 opera d'arte culinaria. Spero di ritornarci presto in questa struttura, forse anche con amici!

Il B&B è carinissimo, accogliente, pulito e a pochi minuti a piedi dal belvedere da cui ammirare Civita di Bagnoregio. La signora Sandra, che gestisce il B&B, è simpaticissima, dolce e si fa in quattro per far si che il soggiorno sia al top e ci riesce benissimo! Lauta colazione e pulizia di stanze e bagno ineccepibile. Che altro dire? Che ci tornerò sicuramente anche perché Civita merita di essere vista e rivista in diverse stagioni.

Un soggiorno breve ma piacevolissimo. Stanza molto grande, dotata di tutti i comfort (noi non la abbiamo utilizzata ma volendo c'era anche la cucina in stanza) con accesso indipendente. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ci ha accolti come fossimo di famiglia. La colazione abbondante con dolce e salato tutto fatto in casa, in una sala comune molto accogliente. La struttura si trova in una strada tranquillissima ma vicino a ristoranti e a tutti i servizi e a poca distanza da Civita che possiamo raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi. Insomma un bellissimo soggiorno, anche se è durato solo due giorni!

La gentilezza della premurosissima signora Sandra è stata unica ed è stato come sentirci a casa. Coccole. chiacchiere, consigli e i meravigliosi dolci tipici per colazione ci hanno riempito di gioia e dato una gran voglia di tornare qui al più presto! Adorabile! Se potessi dare più di 10 lo farei! Altra nota positiva, la possibilità di portare il nostro cane!

B&B confortevole, pulito e curato nei dettagli. Sarebbe stato perfetto se avesse avuto il bagno in camera! Colazione deliziosa, abbondante e ricca di prodotti fatti in casa. Posizione centrale a Bagnoregio, non a Civita di Bagnoregio dalla quale dista circa 15-20 min a piedi. Proprietaria molto ospitale e informale.

ECCEZIONALE B&B, ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, la stanza era molto carina, pulita e accogliente, materasso comodissimo e riscaldamenti sempre accesi. Colazione abbondante e buonissima, specie le torte fatte in casa, la signora Sandra come una mamma sempre disponibile, gentilissima e simpatica..una Pasqua e Pasquetta da incorniciare. Super consigliato!

Ottimo B&B, ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La stanza era molto carina, materasso comodissimo e riscaldamenti accesi. Colazione abbondante, la signora Sandra sempre disponibile e gentilissima. Unico neo il bagno in comune però per il resto tutto perfetto!

Gentilezza, disponibilità e clima familiare offerto dai proprietari rendono il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. Il B&B è in posizione centrale e a settembre non ci sono stati problemi ne con il parcheggio ne con il traffico. Le stanze sono accoglienti. La colazione è abbondante e le marmellate di Sandra sono una vera bontà.

Siamo stati benissimo e speriamo di ritornarci presto. Ci ricordiamo ancora dell'accoglienza calorosa della proprietaria Sandra, bravissima nel preparare dolci e marmellate. A colazione viene voglia di assaggiarli tutti (impresa per niente facile!). Le camere sono confortevoli, pulite e arredate con gusto.

Camere belle e bagno spazioso (anche se esterno e in comune ma non c'erano altri ospiti ed è andata bene), confortevoli gli ambienti comuni, ottima la colazione e davvero carini i proprietari.

Mi è sembrato di essere in famiglia! la signora Sandra è veramente ospitale. Il B&B è molto bello e arredato con cura. noi abbiamo fatto 1\2 pensione e abbiamo mangiato divinamente. Sandra è una persona cordiale e ti mette davvero a tuo agio! Andateci andateci andateci!
