Description Breakfast
The B&B da Ponticello is located in a quiet area in a central position in the greenery of the city. It has 3 elegantly furnished rooms, one with private bathroom, the other with external private bathroom, TV and free Wi-Fi, internet station with computer and printer, minibar, coffee machine and kettle are available 24 hours a day.

It is in an excellent and convenient location to visit the city. From here you can walk to the Maxxi Center, Ponte Milvio, the Auditorium, the Teatro Olimpico, the Palazzetto dello Sport and the Stadiums Olimpico and Flaminio. It is just a few minutes by tram to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese and the Vatican.

The tram stop of line no. 2 is right behind our B & B.

You can reach the city center in just a few driving minutes.

Easy connections from airports and train stations to the terminus of Piazza Antonio Mancini.

Equipped with a terrace overlooking Rome, where you can enjoy an aperitif or relax.

At check-in you will get the key of the B&B so you can enter our B&B 24 hours, with no time restrictions.

Parking - on the street for a fee (Friday evening until Monday morning - Free).

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 8 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 7 to 3 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We stayed in the family room with teenage children for an evening. The location was excellent for getting around as we had a tram stop outside which took us to the underground in about ten minutes. The room was extremely welcoming and clean and a perfect size for four. The owner was polite and helpful. Heard absolutely nothing from the other guests in the two nearby rooms. Slept well in comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this to a family of four and will definitely look forward to going back next time in Rome.

This B&B was very nice, clean and accommodating. The beds are very comfortable, which is important! We loved the setting and the host is very nice and extremely helpful with finding places to eat and getting around the city. The tram is very convenient and close to the B&B to get into the center.

La struttura è confortevole e pulita collocata in un palazzo storico con cortile interno. Pochi minuti e sei nella movida di Ponte Milvio e, con una percorrenza di 10 minuti di tram, nel cuore della Roma barocca e rinascimentale di Piazza del Popolo.

B&B confortevole, immerso tra i palazzotti d'epoca del quartiere Flaminio, raggiungibile facilmente via tram e autobus. Accoglienza molto gentile, risaltano agli occhi molti accessori che rappresentano Roma in varie epoche. Stanza molto ampia, arredata sobriamente e con delicatezza, con alcuni elementi moderni. Gli spazi comuni sono un pregio in più: sala pranzo ampia e ben fornita per colazioni abbondanti; terrazzino a livello, molto cool alla moda, dove potersi rilassare e vedere le stelle in pieno centro di Roma.

Struttura molto carina, moderna, confortevole, ma soprattutto PULITISSIMA. La sala colazione a completa disposizione sempre dove trovi tutto quello che serve per prepararsi e gustarsi una buonissima colazione in modo indipendente (senza vincoli di orari) e secondo i propri gusti, adibita con macchinetta del caffè, cappucinatore, tostapane, bollitore, forno a microonde, è una vasta scelta di prodotti tra cui il punto di forza sono i cornetti freschi (non quelli congelati) La posizione è ottima, tranquilla e silenziosa, ben collegata, si arriva in 10 minuti col tram a Piazza del Popolo e di lì o prendi la metro o semplicemente a piedi per arrivare a Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon ecc ecc. I proprietari sono molto gentili, discreti e molto comunicativi. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Mi sono recata in questa struttura per il periodo del Festival del cinema presso L'auditorium parco della musica, ho alloggiato per 3 notti e mi sono trovata davvero benissimo! la struttura è molto pulita e di design, la colazione è abbondante e di ampia scelta la si può consumare in autonomia facendosi il caffè o il tè. Anche la posizione è ottima per chi come me doveva recarsi al festival o per andare in centro, in un quartiere tranquillo e bene organizzato! Mi sono sentita come a casa, la camera aveva ogni sorta di confort (asciugamani, tv, phon, etc) pulita e carina. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile fornisce subito una cartina di Roma e le indicazioni richieste.

B&B semplice e carino, immerso nel verde e nel silenzio di un complesso residenziale signorile ed elegante. Note positive, oltre alla posizione, sicuramente la pulizia, la cordialità del personale e il bel terrazzino dove é possibile fare colazione d'estate. Note negative, la colazione non di ottima qualità e la mancanza di aria condizionata nel bagno (nelle camere c'è e ci ha permesso di dormire magnificamente!). Perfetto per un paio di giorni nella capitale.

Gentilissima Roberta. Grazie per aver espresso il suo giudizio, sempre molto costruttivo per noi...e molto soggettivo ovviamente. Però per quanto ci riguarda non abbiamo mai visto un bagno che abbia l'aria condizionata....ma dotato di aspiratore per il vapore. per quanto riguarda la colazione: fette biscottate, biscotti, (mulino bianco) panini, cereali, marmellate, (columbus) nutella, yogurt, burro, macedoni, latte, caffè, tè, succhi di frutta e acqua, a disposizione sempre non penso possa essere non di ottima qualità. Spero se mai dovesse tornare di soddisfare le sue aspettative. Grazie comunque di averci scelto. Cordialmente B&B da Ponticello.

B&B estremamente bello, pulito e posto in un quartiere molto elegante, nonchè gestito da personale piacevole e simpatico. Estremamente vicino al Foro Italico e ad altre zone interessanti e da non perdere di Roma.. la terrazza godeva di un ottimo panorama ed era estremamente carina. Le camere sono bene arredate e ben curate, la pulizia é encomiabile. Un terrazzino ben sistemato consente di fumare in pace, con una splendida vista sui tetti del Flaminio. È molto pratico per il Maxi, l'auditorium ed il Ministero. Durante la mia permanenza, le due gestrici sono state davvero ospitali ed attente a tutti i dettagli.

Siamo stati ospiti da Ponticello in occasione di una manifestazione sportiva allo stadio del nuoto. Sin dal primo contatto telefonico, Antonella si è dimostrata gentilissima, disponibile e cordiale. L'accoglienza al nostro arrivo, veramente gradevole e familiare. Zona facilmente raggiungibile da e per qualsiasi punto della città, situata al capolinea di piazza Mancini. Con un biglietto giornaliero dei mezzi pubblici, da sotto casa, si può girare tutta Roma. Attico di un isolato residenziale anni '30; quartiere curato e tranquillo; gode di una terrazza panoramica vista Monte Mario, splendido luogo di ritrovo mattutino, per le succulente colazioni di Antonella e Monica, oltreché ottima zona di relax serale. Camere climatizzate ed arredate con gusto; bagni nuovissimi e spaziosi. Impeccabile e puntuale la pulizia giornaliera; sempre tutto in ordine e profumato. Dobbiamo confessare che Ponticello, sarà il nostro piede a terre per tutte le nostre prossime visite alla città eterna. Grazie e complimenti ad Antonella e Monica.

Direi che se uno deve scegliere un posto per trascorre un vacanza a Roma, questo è il posto ideale. I gestori sono persone squisite e piene di disponibilità. La struttura nuova ed arredata con stile e ricca di servizi La colazione abbondante e ricca, dai sapori genuini. Troppo bella!

Ottima davvero questa struttura! Posizione super, il B&B è ottimamente collegato a Piazza del Popolo dal tram2. Lo stabile che ospita il B&B è davvero molto bello, così come il cortile. Le stanze sono pulite, luminose, curate, profumate, ampie.! Le proprietarie gentilissime, disponibili e simpatiche, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla. La colazione buonissima e la sala nella quale viene servita è molto carina. Wi-fi gratuito a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti. Terrazzino per godersi il clima romano in tutta tranquillità. Bella esperienza!

Non ci sono parole per descrivere la gentilezza e l'ospitalità della signora Betty. Siamo stati benissimo! Camere pulite e profumate. Biancheria pulitissima. Struttura impeccabile. Posizione ben collocata con tutti i mezzi di trasporto. Gentilezza, cordialità, professionalità, educazione e buon gusto nell'arredamento. Tutto perfetto! Se avessi potuto, avrei dato 100 a tutto e non solo 10.

Struttura completamente rinnovata, con camere confortevoli e molto pulite (il letto ha un ottimo materasso, elemento non comune a tutte le strutture da me visitate). La colazione, abbondante e con prodotti preparati direttamente dalla proprietaria, ha reso ancora migliore il nostro soggiorno. La proprietaria è una ragazza giovane e molto disponibile, che si dedica esclusivamente al B&B, a cui piacciono molto i bambini, vista la pazienza ed il riguardo avuti nei confronti dei miei ben 4 discendenti. La struttura, vicinissima a Ponte Milvo, nonostante non sia centralissima è ben collegata sia al centro di Roma che al Vaticano tramite tram e metro. Un soggiorno gradevolissimo che speriamo ripetere per finire di visitare la bellissima capitale.

Cortesia e simpatia contraddistinguono la proprietaria. La struttura è stata recentemente ristrutturata e arredata con gusto. Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite.
