Description

The strength of B&B Colfelice lies in its excellent connection to the city center, but even more so in the quality of the rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom. The establishment has been completely renovated based on a dedicated design.

I personally oversaw the entire process, from the initial design to the final execution. As an architect specialized in hospitality architecture, I invested all my experience and passion into this venture.

The B&B Colfelice is located in a semi-central area, well-connected to the heart of Rome and the train station thanks to the nearby METRO A, with the Colli Albani stop. In the same square, you can find several surface bus lines and a taxi station, which will connect you to all parts of the city.

B&B Colfelice is ideally situated: while it is right in the city, it is just a short walk from the Appia Antica Park, a historically significant site that is integrated with the city's green spaces.

If you are arriving by plane from Fiumicino Airport, take the train to Termini station: from there, take the Metro line A towards Anagnina, get off at the "Colli Albani" stop, and you will be there!

If you are flying into Ciampino Airport, take the bus to "Anagnina," and then take the Metro line A towards Termini, getting off at "Colli Albani." Just a few minutes and you'll arrive!

If you are traveling by train, B&B Colfelice is conveniently located in a semi-central area, well-connected to the heart of Rome and the train station via the nearby METRO A, at Colli Albani. The same square offers numerous surface bus lines and a taxi station for easy access to all city areas.

If you are driving, reaching my B&B will be straightforward. Take exit 23 Appia from the Grande Raccordo Anulare heading towards the city center. Continue straight for about 7 km until you reach Largo dei Colli Albani, and you have arrived! My B&B is situated in a commercially vibrant area, filled with shops and various services.

My recent stay in Rome was enriched by a truly exceptional experience at this B&B that exceeded all expectations. Located in a quiet residential building, away from the chaos but very convenient for any movement, this B&B is a real gem. From the very first moment, the welcome was exquisite, making me feel right at home. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, and with a care for details that shows attention and professionalism. One touch that I appreciated a lot was the beautifully scented and impeccable linen, which added another level of comfort. Moreover, the availability of all kinds of personal hygiene products, along with free water, coffee, and tea in the room, made the stay even more pleasant and worry-free. The real highlight of this B&B is the breakfast, a fantastic experience personally prepared by the owner, Mr. Evaristo Donati. An architect by profession, Mr. Donati is a person of great cultural depth and empathy, with whom it was a pleasure to converse. His breakfasts, in addition to being delicious and abundant, are a moment of true pleasure. The logistics is another strong point: a secured garage just 50 meters away, at a cost of only 15 euros per day, offers a perfect solution for those arriving by car. The metro A stop is just a minute away on foot, making every corner of Rome easily accessible, while the presence of plenty of restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity guarantees every comfort. Considering the quality of service, the enviable location, and the attentions received, the cost was truly reasonable, making this B&B an option with an exceptional value for money. The stay at B&B Colfelice was excellent, the host was more than kind, very accommodating, close and at the same time professional. The room has everything you need, including a kettle for tea and a balcony. The breakfast was very good, with a basic offer to which you can add extras according to your preferences. In my case, it was taken into account that everything was vegan. The only point to improve, in my opinion and as a suggestion, would be the shower box. Great location to get to know Rome, the subway station is just a few meters away and from there you can reach Termini in about 10-12 minutes. Thank you very much Evaristo and see you soon!

This apartment/hotel is on the fifth floor, close to a Metro station from which you can reach the Coliseum in 20 minutes. There is a huge green park about 300 meters west of the place. The room has a balcony and an electric kettle. The host is very kind. I arrived later than the time I estimated and because my phone was off, the host was unable to contact me, and when I arrived, the place was closed, so I made a phone call to the host (to the number that appeared on the door/ intercom) and he arrived within half an hour.

We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. We were looking for something affordable in Rome and it wasn't easy in the city center, so we tried looking a bit further out and the location of the property is very convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Metro A which allows you to easily visit the most important places, and connected to Termini. The manager is very helpful, kind, and present, the breakfast is abundant and served in a cozy room. Too bad for the Rome tourist tax, which increased to 6 euros per person per night just before our arrival... other than that, everything is fine.

I stayed at this bed and breakfast, with my family, for only one night, but the impact was very good. It is located just a few steps from the Colli Albani metro. Near the building there is a convenient and good restaurant, secure parking, hairdressers, and shops of all kinds. The room was a real gem in its own way, not too big but complete with everything needed to make a pleasant stay. The breakfast prepared on the spot by the owner (Evaristo) was very rich and well organized. I definitely recommend it.

The double room is small but equipped with all the comforts: from the sitting area to the refrigerator, safe, kettle, with a selection of excellent teas. A bottle of red wine and two welcome glasses made us very happy. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Evaristo, a friendly and helpful person who fully met our requests. Excellent breakfast, partly buffet and partly upon customer request. Behind the apartment, there is the Colli Albani metro station, an unprecedented convenience: in 15 minutes, you can reach the center of Rome. Nearby shops, restaurants... basically everything you might need. Excellent experience, thank you Evaristo.

We had a good time, we used the holiday bonus that the manager accepted, very friendly and helpful. The location was quite clean and well organized, the only downside is that for the same amount there were other places where breakfast was included, they just had to partner with a nearby bar and include breakfast. Anyway, overall positive, we will return.

Non solo, ma la mia colazione è uno dei pilastri del mio B&B, apprezzata da tutti. Contrariamente a molte strutture analoghe, che soprattutto in epoca covid19 omettono di offrire la colazione (a volte offrono un buono da spendere in un bar), io mi sono strutturato per continuare ad offrire ai miei ospiti le mie colazioni, che preparo personalmente la mattina, intrattenendomi con i miei ospiti, e rispettando tutte le prescrizioni covid19. Un impegno certo, ma anche i grande piacere. Quindi non riesco a capire le sue parole in merito alla colazione.. In ogni caso grazie per il suo soggiorno!

I stayed at the B&B Colfelice for two nights for a professional updating course and it was a really nice experience. The structure is welcoming and well connected to the city center and Termini station, the room and private bathroom are clean and equipped with every comfort, the breakfast is rich and abundant. My partner and I stayed at B&B Colfelice on a friend's recommendation and I'm extremely glad that we did! The room was a great size and decorated really nicely, the breakfast provided was plentiful and very nice, and the general feel of the B&B was warm and welcoming. It was ideally suited to hop on the metro to get to the center and visit "Ancient Rome", and sights such as the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, as well as generally getting around Rome. The local area is not touristy, so you feel like you are staying in the "real" Rome, rather than if you were in a hotel right by the main sites. Also, Evaristo was exceedingly helpful especially with how to get to the B&B from the airport, which made everything a lot easier upon arrival.

We stayed at Evaristo's Bed and Breakfast, who welcomed us warmly from the start, also providing us with information of all kinds on transportation, attractions, curiosities, etc. It took just one look to understand right away that the owner puts effort and passion into it, taking care of the structure in detail. We want to specify that even though from the outside the building may seem a bit old-fashioned, inside the Bed and Breakfast is furnished with modern and tasteful furniture! A touch of class, the bottle of delicious Chianti found in the room as a welcome gift that we then enjoyed one evening on the pleasant little terrace of our room. The breakfast is plentiful and there is a wide choice, moreover Evaristo is always ready to meet the customers' needs (schedules, intolerances/allergies, etc.). If we return to Rome we will definitely stay at the Bed and Breakfast Colfelice!

Going to a bed and breakfast, we were hesitant, but the B&B Colfelice left us with the greatest satisfaction. It starts with the friendliness and availability of the manager Mr. Evaristo. Upon entering the room, you notice a tray of candies and a bottle of wine with glasses, offered by the property (we didn't consume them). A kettle with 5 different types of Twinings tea is available, the bathroom with towels for the face, bidet, shower, 5 sachets of shampoo, and 5 small bottles of shower gel. A razor and a toothbrush packaged. Stuff never seen before. Breakfast: a very fresh croissant, various types of jams, toast, and the wonder of wonders, coffee with the Bialetti moka pot. The coffee just like at home, excellent. What can I say, we had a great time and I want to compliment Mr. Evaristo. Certainly another time in Rome, we will return to the B&B Colfelice.

Just a few steps from the metro (Colli Albani stop), this Bed & Breakfast is located in a quiet and peaceful area, allowing you to experience your vacation in complete tranquility. Well. I have stayed a lot in Rome and I have seen many bed and breakfasts, I can say with great astonishment and satisfaction that I found, together with my wife, a truly welcoming place furnished with taste. The first impression was immediately that of being in a place that invites relaxation as if it were a familiar place. Everything in the details and in the care of the choice of particulars can only identify it as a small jewel. Evaristo, the manager, is a person of disarming availability at times. He has a solution for every need that may arise for a guest staying! I can guarantee, having experienced personally a particular episode of his private life, that he does not do it for convenience but really out of his nature. Sometimes you have to rely on chance or sensations to hit the mark. I found myself staying at this B&B located in the Colli Albani area, specifically just a few steps from the metro stop, an exceptional strategic position. The environment is taken care of down to the smallest details, with an elegant and warm harmony of colors, materials, and scents. The refined aesthetic level is enhanced by the practicality of a wall-mounted LCD television, Wi-Fi and wired connection, and an electronic safety deposit box. Then I met and always had great feasts for breakfast with the owner. When a person puts passion and seriousness, perfectionism, and friendliness into their work, the result can only be a perfect machine, specifically, it can only be B&B Colfelice.

We stayed four nights in this small Bed and Breakfast in Rome. For us, it was the best: - Location: just a few steps from the Colli Albani metro station, very convenient! - Beautiful and well-furnished rooms, in addition to being new. - Room cleanliness was really excellent. Coming back and smelling that clean scent is like being at home. - Evaristo is a wonderful and very helpful person, always available on his mobile phone for any eventuality and happy to receive suggestions. - Breakfast was excellent. Evaristo provides a list where you can write down what you want for breakfast day by day, in addition to the buffet items. It is very convenient for indicating quantities and preferences, also to avoid wasting too much. - Price 60 Euros per night, excellent. It will definitely be our reference point for stays in Rome; we are really glad to have found it! I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend this bed and breakfast! This bed and breakfast was one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed at. First of all, the owner is very friendly and more than willing to help. Evaristo is a true Roman who loves his city and wants to make sure his guests do too. The rooms are recently remodeled, very modern and newly furnished and are clean, functional and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and close to the Appia Antica Park. There is also a grocery store and public transportation station within very close walking distance. Great structure, beautiful rooms and then Evaristo is a delightful person, besides the fact that he speaks languages well. The location of the bed and breakfast is very convenient, just 2 steps from the metro. Impeccable cleanliness of the structure. Great bed and breakfast, Great Evaristo international.

We had a wonderful weekend. The structure is very welcoming, very clean, and the manager Evaristo is very hospitable. The abundant and rich breakfast is excellent. We recommend it even to couples with children, it is very welcoming. The main metro stop is very close. We recommend it to everyone and we will not fail to return on our next trip to Rome.

I am happy to have found a wonderful nest in Rome that I often visit. It is just 2 steps from the metro stop and Evaristo is very kind and helpful. The rooms are very well cared for. The mega shower box and the soaps are fantastic. The terrace with the geraniums has a romantic atmosphere, and in the morning, after choosing the breakfast truly tailored the night before, you wake up to the smell of coffee. I can't wait to return.

Having stayed several times in Bed and Breakfasts in Rome, my expectations were low. Therefore, my astonishment was immense when I found myself as a guest in this establishment: the room was delightful, spotless, welcoming, with its equipped terrace, nothing was missing. Everything was completely new. Last but not least, a delightful breakfast, a sweet treat.

Evaristo is a fantastic person! He even offered to pick me up at the airport. The room is beautiful, designed by him as he is an architect. You are welcomed by the scent already at the entrance of the building and then in the bed and breakfast. The location is really strategic, the night is completely silent (not easy to find in Rome) but just 70 meters from the metro line A. Thank you Evaristo, thank you internet!
