Very beautiful and well-kept property. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Convenient location because it is very close to Metro A, Colli Albani stop. The only drawback was the shared bathroom, but it was still clean.

Rosa, the manager of the B&B, is very helpful and caring. The rooms are very spacious, the whole structure is very clean and welcoming, the place is very quiet. The distance from the center is irrelevant, the metro is a stone's throw away and in 15 minutes you are at Termini. Italian breakfast with excellent coffee. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Very cozy and clean room. Rich breakfast but packaged brioches and open drinks without the opening date should perhaps be avoided. We did not personally meet the manager, but the guy inside the structure was very helpful.

Buonasera Sono estremamente colpita dalla sua recensione. Mettere 1 ad una colazione con: torte, crostate, biscotti variegati, fette biscottate, cereali, pane tostato, burro, marmellate, nutella, Thè variegato, tisane, caffè, cappuccino, cioccolata, yogurt, succhi e tanto altro, non mi sembra una colazione da 1. I succhi portano la data di scadenza non quello di apertura, non è dovuta e soprattutto è nostra cura svuotare i contenitori se non vengono utilizzati. Forse lei è abituata ad Hotel 4/5 stelle perché le assicuro che nei B&B non trova questa colazione così ricca. Anzi molto danno il ticket per caffè e cornetto. Mettere 3 al gestore quando l'ho aiutata in tutto in ogni momento. Addirittura la cena di Natale che non aveva prenotato, sono riuscita a trovare una soluzione per lei. Non ci siamo conosciute personalmente perché, essendo Natale, sono stata in famiglia. Come ha scritto anche lei, i miei collaboratori sono bravissimi e non c'è bisogno della mia presenza. Ha messo un voto basso anche al prezzo: €140,00 quattro persone inclusa la colazione, a Roma nelle festività natalizie, è alto??? Ultima cosa da dire, le mie stanze sono triple e le ho concesso di essere in quattro aggiungendo un letto in più. Mi ha chiesto di far soggiornare anche sua sorella con i due bambini ed il marito, purtroppo però non jo potuto soddisfare questa sua richiesta, eravate in troppi. Forse è per questo la sua recensione estremamente negativa Mah... Senza parole

I have enjoyed my stay at Rossella's property a lot. She is a very hospitable person. You feel at home at her place. Everything you need you can find there. The property is being cleaned every day. The location is good, on the red A line which connects many sights of Rome. The apartment is 1 minute away from the metro station. I recommend you this place without hesitation!

Located a few meters from the Metro A exit. In the surroundings, there are various shops and not just grocery stores. The lady who manages the structure is very easy-going and friendly, you immediately establish a connection. I felt so good that I will come back and recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a nice vacation in Rome.

After staying there for three days, we can only confirm all the positive reviews that had led us to choose it. We were able to see its happy position just a few steps from the metro, the order and cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, the spacious and bright common areas, and the well-stocked kitchen, but above all the courtesy, discretion, and availability of the managers who made us feel comfortable at all times. In conclusion, we had a great time and we will certainly keep it in mind for our future stays in Rome.

You enter Coffee and the City and it feels like coming home. You are welcomed by a large and bright common space with an open kitchen and small breakfast tables set up, which invitingly awaits you for the next morning. The kitchen is available to guests who wish to make themselves a tea, an herbal tea, a coffee, or nibble on some cookies that look inviting from the glass jars. The rooms are spacious and all different, furnished with taste and simplicity, and overlook a long shared balcony. The cleanliness is excellent, and the young and welcoming managers. And, an important detail, it is located a stone's throw from the metro. I had a great time, I will make it a reference point. Congratulations to the guys who run it. See you soon.

Warm, cozy room, extremely tidy and clean, quiet and equipped with TV and wifi. Modern and meticulously curated decor. Clean and efficient en-suite bathroom. Excellent breakfast with good products, what makes it special is the care and passion that the staff puts into managing the B&B, making the guest feel at home, starting from the collaborator Marco, a polite and courteous young man, to the owners Francesco and Gianni, two guys with friendly, nice, and helpful manners, the passion that the owners put into caring for hospitality should be an example for many, I recommend everyone to stay at the B&B. This place for value and luxury is one of the best I have come across in Rome. I travelled over with my boyfriend and we both thought the hotel prices were very expensive so we decided to shop around and try to get the best accommodation at a reasonable price seeing as we were staying in the Eternal City! We were greeted by a lovely man named Francesco and he showed us the true meaning of Italian passion. The bedroom is spacious and it also includes a Jacuzzi, which was a very nice touch! Grazie bello!

Hello everyone, we stayed at the B&B Coffee and the City with our two children (3 and 4 years old). What can I say, it was fantastic. The first impression from the street was 'funny', we couldn't find the place and in the evening, with the rain, with the children, we were a little scared. Then we found it (thanks to a phone call to the manager Francesco, always kind and helpful) and we were welcomed like 'friends'. We immediately felt comfortable, the children started laughing and joking without fear and after a few minutes we were already sitting with them having a good tea, coffee, talking about where it would be best to have dinner. The room is very spacious, beautifully furnished. The bed is very comfortable, warm and soft blankets. Electric shutters, wall-mounted TV, air conditioning, bathroom with hydromassage shower, soft and clean towels, courtesy set and hairdryer. Everything was perfect. Add also the proximity to the metro and the bus stop 85 (which takes you to many magical places in Rome) and that's it. A truly wonderful vacation.
