The living area with kitchenette occupies the space where the workbench once stood, while the bedroom was where restored pieces were displayed, ready for delivery to clients.

This completely new and uninhabited apartment is free of architectural barriers and features a specially designed bathroom to ensure comfort for individuals with reduced mobility.
