Found quite a lot of dirt, dust everywhere, hair on the sheets.

The room was decent. It was as described on the site. Very close to Ottaviano metro station, 10 minutes on foot max. Cleaning to the bathroom was very good but to the rest of the house it could be better, especially to the balconies. Every time we phoned the host for any questions we had, Alessandro was there to answer.

Unsatisfactory, especially for how I was treated by Mr. Alessandro, evidently he doesn't know that hospitality and courtesy are top priorities for those who manage these activities. I wouldn't go back even if it were the last available accommodation in Rome, especially for what I just wrote. Cracked sink, located outside the bathroom but still in the room, lack of shower caps, bidet on which you couldn't sit forward, as there was no space for the right leg (and I assure you I'm not obese), a step of 20 cm or more to get to the bathroom, dangerous thing, breakfast at a nearby bar with the voucher given by the aforementioned person above, only upon my request by email after I had already arrived in the room, today I requested the invoice by email, and I am waiting, specifying that if additional data were needed to let me know, always by email. Room size, formally double, more like between single and double, than a real double. Very central location of the structure, sufficient cleanliness, functioning air conditioning, these are the only positive notes. Structure on the third floor of a condominium.

Too bad my stay was short. Very nice room, with all the comforts available. Excellent location of the structure; quiet area, well connected and full of very nice bars, restaurants, and places. The owner was really very kind, always available for every request and/or need. I hope to come back soon.
