Description
Our Villa-style castle located on the Piana del Sole, where they passed the ancient Romans who brought the goods from the port in the city, 15 minutes from the Vatican Museums and 10minutes from the international airport Leonardo da Vinci and the most famous beaches of the Roman coast, wafer, Fregene. All rooms are furnished in every detail with a garden with fruit trees and olive trees. The large garden surrounding the house also for every room of a corner to eat breakfast and enjoy the chirping of birds and the cool air emanating oleanders.
A transfer service is available for guests arriving from the airport at a cost of 25 Euros and a shuttle to the Vatican Museums at a cost of 30 euro.
The Villa is also well served by the metro fr1 of the New Fair of Rome 2km away.
The area boasts a huge shopping center near the "Parco Leonardo", cinema 24 rooms, golf course, wellness center, go-kart tracks and more in the town of Fiumicino you can taste at excellent restaurants fish and grilled meats.

The location is great for the Rome and Fiumicino fair. The room is clean but not very soundproof. The manager is super helpful and kind.

I stayed one night at Albert Home B&B, I stayed in a bungalow located in a garden. The structure is a bit worn, as is the furniture. The hairdryer was not present. Honestly, 80 euros seemed really high for the type of structure.

Terrible. Dirty apartment, the fridge wasn't even plugged in, wall sockets had no plates, significant cracks on the walls. The owner didn't even provide a small bottle of water in the room. In the 'abundant breakfast' description... didn't even leave a soluble coffee. Not to mention that the apartment is located inside the property, and when we arrived in the afternoon they started working in the courtyard with a drill and hammer. Unfair, dirty, would never come back. Do not stay here for your own good.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed, the structure was very dirty with a moldy smell in the room. The bathroom was very dilapidated with an element attached to the wall with rust. It's better not to talk about the shower. The breakfast was non-existent as well as the fiscal receipt. The outdoor garden was very dirty. Great disappointment.

The owner is also a taxi driver! A bus passes from time to time towards the station. If you don't need to sleep in Rome, it's a good way to stay at a low cost.

We were welcomed to a structure absolutely inadequate to host. The cleaning was extremely neglected, the bed linen was impregnated with a stale cigarette smoke smell. I had to request clean bed linen, which I placed on the bed. The pillows were dirty and without any protective cover. The fridge was unplugged, there was a missing bedside table on one side of the bed. I had to clean the bathroom myself because it was very dirty. In response to my complaints, the owner, who lived on the second floor, blamed the 'cleaning lady' and claimed he couldn't detect the bad smell in the room, which was impregnated in the pillows and mattress that showed cigarette burn marks. The outside was neglected, dirty, and disordered as if it were farmland rather than a domestic property. Torn mosquito nets. Breakfast was available in the house next door, and there were no tables to consume the stale snacks offered. A stay without any comfort and above all unhygienic. It's regrettable that the rental of such a structure finds space on a specialized website. I have photos available that leave no doubt about the inadequacy of the structure for hospitality.

One would need to call the Local Health Authority to check the structure, sewage smell in the room. Third world level of cleanliness. Information from the structure to get there close to zero.

Great environment for the competitors as it is conveniently located to reach the Fiera di Roma. Otherwise, bad smell in the house, cold water, the value for money should be reconsidered. 60 euros for one night are too much for the service quality.

La struttura è comodissima per raggiungere la Fiera Nuova di Roma (autobus 701 fino al capolinea, 10 minuti a piedi fino alla stazione di Fiera di Roma e poi navette organizzate).
Il proprietario è gentilissimo.
Nella zona non c'è niente, quindi è meglio munirsi di app per cibo e nel caso uber.
La struttura non si presenta benissimo da fuori, col giardino molto mal ridotto, ma dentro è una casa privata accogliente, ogni stanza ha il suo bagno, la TV e il riscaldamento. Wifi incluso.
Il letto e i sanitari sono un po' antiquati.

Io e due mie amiche siamo state in questo B&B due notti per un esame alla Fiera di Roma.
Il trilocale con cucina è essenziale ma abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per cucinare in stanza. Le stanze erano caldissime e i letti molto comodi.
Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile.
La struttura è a 5 minuti di macchina dalla Fiera di Roma, quindi comodissimo per chi deve recarsi lì.

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura assieme ad un'amica in occasione di un concorso pubblico e ci siamo trovate benissimo.
Ho apprezzato soprattutto l'estrema pulizia delle camere ed il bel giardino con l'orto e tante piante da fiore e da frutto.
Il proprietario, Maurizio, assieme a Valentina, ci hanno accolto con simpatia e disponibilità e fatto sentire a casa.
Un grazie anche a Giulio che ci ha accompagnato in giro ed un abbraccio affettuoso a quella coccolona di Stella.

Molto accogliente, tutto nuovo e pulitissimo situato in posto strategico a 10 minuti dall'aeroporto di Fiumicino e 5 minuti dalla nuova fiera. Ho gradito la simpatica accoglienza del titolare Maurizio ma soprattutto il silenzio e la tranquillità del posto (straordinaria dormita) ed il mio cane si sentiva a casa sua col giardino al quale si accedeva dalla camera.

Sono venuta con la mia famiglia per la prima volta. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.
La struttura è situata in una zona molto tranquilla ma nello stesso tempo vicina all'aeroporto e ai mezzi pubblici.
Il B&B è grande e molto pulito, la forma è particolare.
Maurizio, il titolare della struttura, è simpatico, cordiale e molto disponibile.
Insomma, ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, e abbiamo sentito un'atmosfera familiare che pochi B&B sanno trasmettere.
Ci ritorneremo!

Gradita sorpresa questa struttura a due passi dalla Nuova Fiera di Roma e dal Parco Commerciale Leonardo da Vinci. Davvero simpatico il sig. Maurizio e disponibilità massima data. Camera con angolo cottura accogliente e pulizia sopra la media.
Unica nota per fare un ulteriore salto di qualità è inserire nella colazione (semplice ma efficace) qualcosa di "fatto in casa", altrimenti va benissimo così!
Ci torneremo di sicuro.
Consigliatissimo!
