We are a very friendly and sociable family, here you can find people who are dedicated exclusively to the care and hospitality of the host, our rooms are very big and welcoming. Our B&B is the nearest the airport Leonardo da Vinci, 5 minutes by car (just try to belive), also show close to Ostia Antica and 5 km from the fair of Rome, which agree with attractive packages.

Also we can easily reach the subway to reach the historic center of Rome, as well as countless shopping malls and reachable by shuttle bus, not to mention the proximity to the sea for a beautiful walk, our guests can use our garden to relax; And if they eat meat or fish of excellent quality we have special agreements with the restaurants close to our B&B.

Truly a beautiful structure, excellent location near the airport, I slept one night because the next day I had a very early flight, kindness of the owners who always answered my questions with patience, very convenient shuttle, good breakfast, in short, I would go back, Cinzia very nice.

I highly recommend the B&B! The owners are kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and there is also a little balcony to have breakfast outside. The area is quiet both during the day and at night. If I were to come back to Fiumicino, I would definitely stay here again.

The room is large and clean and Mrs. Cinzia is very kind and helpful. A bit less so the husband who "reprimanded" us because we returned late at night and allegedly woke him up with the noise of the gate. Another negative point was that, to clean, the lady arrived around 9:30 and started moving the furniture (rightly to clean) even though the check-out time is at most 11. It was not pleasant to hear her and the owner talking and complaining about the fact that the air conditioner was on in the next room. When opening a business like this, certain things should be taken into account, otherwise do something else. Too bad for these inconveniences because we would have gladly returned.

Good facility as a support for a departure from Fiumicino Airport, as it is very close. Unsoundproofed rooms, so you can hear all the noises of other visitors and the opening/closing of doors; if you have to wake up early in the morning this certainly doesn't help rest. Poor breakfast (two packaged snacks, some coffee capsules), in the many trips I made I have seen better. Price-quality ratio, let's say in line with the standards of the area, but not with the offer.

The owners were very helpful. We had to ask for their help to reach the property from the Airport twice as the connections are not very organized. On the other hand, from the property to the Airport we used public transport. Recommended for the rest.

Seconda volta al DaVincìHouse; mi sono trovato benissimo (di nuovo). La struttura è stata restaurata, le camere sono spaziose e pulite, i gestori gentilissimi (offrono il servizio navetta da/per l'aeroporto di Fiumicino). A due passi c'è un ristorante stile Old Wild west. Se dovessi andare ancora a Fiumicino ci tornerò di sicuro.

La proprietaria Cinzia persona squisita, super accogliente e pronta a soddisfare l'esigenze del cliente, posto pulito collocato in posizione favorevole, vicinissimo all'aeroporto, dotato di bagno in camera, balcone, asciugamani inclusi, colazione, TV, climatizzatore, servizio navetta aeroporto ecc. Sono stata in questa struttura con il mio ragazzo per una notte. Arriviamo dalla Sardegna, avevamo un volo molto presto da Fiumicino e per non passare la notte in aeroporto é stata un ottima scelta. La stanza molto accogliente e pulita, i proprietari molto gentili. Siamo stati tutto il giorno in casa perché stava diluviando, siamo usciti per una buona cena in un locale a pochi metri molto carino. Unica pecca della stanza l'acqua calda per la doccia dura pochissimo. Comunque ve lo consiglio. E semmai dovessi fare un altro scalo per Fiumicino ritornerò senz'altro!

Come stare a casa.. tutto in ordine, pulizia nelle camere, abbondante colazione e massima disponibilità da parte della signora Cinzia e del marito, previo accordo ci hanno presi e riaccompagnati allo scalo aereo, davvero un gradito servizio!non perdetevi il ristorante forte apache a pochi passi, ottima cucina a prezzi moderati con personale simpatico e sveglio!torneremo sicuramente!

Slow communication at first but generally owners provided good service. Shuttle transfer available at a small charge. Room offered most amenities i. e. TV, heating, free Wifi, clothes cupboard, small table with two chairs plus balcony on to garden. Good breakfast and suitable for an overnight stay near Rome airport while in transit between flights.
