We are a very friendly and sociable family, here you can find people who are dedicated exclusively to the care and hospitality of the host, our rooms are very big and welcoming. Our B&B is the nearest the airport Leonardo da Vinci, 5 minutes by car (just try to belive), also show close to Ostia Antica and 5 km from the fair of Rome, which agree with attractive packages.

Also we can easily reach the subway to reach the historic center of Rome, as well as countless shopping malls and reachable by shuttle bus, not to mention the proximity to the sea for a beautiful walk, our guests can use our garden to relax; And if they eat meat or fish of excellent quality we have special agreements with the restaurants close to our B&B.

for those who wish we also offer shuttle service from the airport at home with only 10 € more.

I stayed here very briefly before flying out of FCO the next day. My transfer flight arrived at CIA and the transfers took a long time, but the host was extremely helpful and responsive, even when my check-in time kept getting pushed back. I finally arrived around midnight, but I was able to find everything perfect thanks to the video instructions provided. They were even able to offer me a discounted ride to the airport the following morning. Despite two of the hosts speaking little English, they were extremely sweet and caring about my stay. The building is a little old, but I would argue it adds to the charm. I highly recommend this place if you're flying out of FCO and want a comfortable, relaxing place to stay.

I recommend this excellent B&B, very close to the airport and the sea. The property is welcoming, with spacious, well soundproofed, clean rooms equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect for those with early morning flights or late arrivals: very convenient and strategic. But what truly made the stay special was the hospitality of the owners.

A perfect stay. I spent a wonderful weekend at this B&B and I can only highly recommend it. The property is well cared for, spotless and welcoming. The room was spacious and quiet. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. You can really feel the passion they put into their work. The location is excellent, peaceful but convenient for reaching the area's main attractions, in particular the proximity to the airport is truly incredible and the transfer service offered by the hosts is also very convenient. I stayed there for only one night because I had a flight the next day and I searched for a long time for a place near the airport with affordable prices. The owners are nice and very helpful, the price is good and the location is excellent, just think that it is about 1.5 kilometers from FCO. The room is large and clean and Mrs. Cinzia is very kind and helpful. A bit less so the husband who "reprimanded" us because we returned late at night and allegedly woke him up with the noise of the gate. Another negative point was that, to clean, the lady arrived around 9:30 and started moving the furniture (rightly to clean) even though the check-out time is at most 11. It was not pleasant to hear her and the owner talking and complaining about the fact that the air conditioner was on in the next room. When opening a business like this, certain things should be taken into account, otherwise do something else. Too bad for these inconveniences because we would have gladly returned.

Good facility as a support for a departure from Fiumicino Airport, as it is very close. Unsoundproofed rooms, so you can hear all the noises of other visitors and the opening/closing of doors; if you have to wake up early in the morning this certainly doesn't help rest. Poor breakfast (two packaged snacks, some coffee capsules), in the many trips I made I have seen better. Price-quality ratio, let's say in line with the standards of the area, but not with the offer.

Second time at Da Vinci's House; I had a great time (again). The structure has been restored, the rooms are spacious and clean, the managers are very kind (they offer shuttle service to/from Fiumicino airport). A stone's throw away there is a restaurant in the style of Old Wild West. If I had to go to Fiumicino again, I will definitely come back.

I stayed at this property with my boyfriend for one night. We come from Sardinia, we had a very early flight from Fiumicino, and to avoid spending the night at the airport was an excellent choice. The room is very cozy and clean, the owners are very kind. We stayed indoors all day because it was pouring rain, we went out for a nice dinner at a nearby restaurant. The only flaw in the room is that the hot water for the shower lasts very little. Anyway, I recommend it. And if I ever have another layover at Fiumicino, I will definitely return!

Slow communication at first but generally the owners provided good service. Shuttle transfer available at a small charge. The room offered most amenities, such as TV, heating, free Wifi, clothes cupboard, small table with two chairs, plus a balcony overlooking the garden.
