Description

The apartment is welcoming, independent, and carefully furnished, ideal for families or groups of up to six people; a baby crib is available upon request. It features one double bedroom and a second relaxation area with an additional double bed, sofa bed, and TV.

The separate kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, including a convenient coffee corner with a pod coffee machine and a selection of herbal teas. The bathroom, recently renovated, offers a large walk-in shower and a welcome kit.

The location is strategic and well connected to Rome city center, Aurelia railway station, Metro A Cornelia, Fiumicino Airport, the Fiera di Roma exhibition center, and the main facilities in the area.

I recently stayed in this pleasant house and, despite the bad weather, it was very warm and very clean. It is very close to Aurelia station and also convenient for Fiumicino Airport. The owner is friendly and the price is very affordable; I highly recommend it!

Cozy apartment, perfect for a weekend in Rome. Quiet location, supermarket nearby, functional kitchenette. Lorena was very helpful and punctual at check-in. One thing to improve: perhaps add a non-slip mat in the shower. Overall, great stay. We will definitely return if we come back to Rome.

The apartment is very nice, clean and tidy. The kitchen is spacious and functional with new and clean dishes and pots. The two bedrooms are large and well furnished with beds with very comfortable mattresses. Lorena and Valerio are two very kind and welcoming hosts, available to meet guests' requests. This is definitely a place we will return to. The only drawback is the parking: being a residential area it is a bit problematic to find a spot, but no big deal, a short walk never hurts 🙂.

My husband and I stayed only one night, but we felt very comfortable. The place is very cozy, clean, and quiet. The hosts were very attentive and made us feel at home. We definitely recommend it and will gladly return.

Unfortunately our experience at this property was really negative. The beds were very uncomfortable, the room had an unpleasant musty smell and the surrounding area was anything but pleasant. We were forced to stay here for health reasons, but it was a period to forget. I would not recommend it to anyone.

They were truly fantastic! The B&B where I stayed was incredible, but what really made the difference was the availability and kindness of the owners.
