The room has everything needed for a short stay in Rome and the location is excellent, just a step away from the Vatican City. The real problem was the communication with the owner, almost non-existent. It is a pity because in the morning I could not even take advantage of the breakfast included in the price, in agreement with a nearby bar, as the owner was unreachable by phone and the bar rightly refused to serve me breakfast without a voucher issued by the property. Honestly, what a shame.

Misunderstanding in communication, absolutely unprofessional. We tried to make the payment in the morning, but we didn't manage to reach him. When a cleaning lady called him from her phone, he was very rude for no reason at all.

The B&B A Roma San Pietro is a guesthouse located in a small building, it is situated in the Prati area, a 10-minute walk from Ottaviano metro station and a 10-minute walk from St. Peter's Square. The area surrounding the B&B is well supplied with markets, restaurants, bars, nightlife venues, and other services. It is a lively neighborhood until late at night, well-kept and clean, you don't have the constant feeling of needing to watch your back. It offers a breakfast service relying on a bar 100 meters away, well-stocked and welcoming. My group of friends and I rented 4 rooms (2 doubles and 2 quadruples), good quality/price ratio, of course, if you expect to find 4 or 5-star rooms, then this is not the place for you, but I absolutely do not want to discredit this B&B, we had a good experience, the rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable, with all the comforts, from air conditioning, to safe, to TV with Sky. As for the assistance from the owner, Mr. Alessandro, impeccable, he always gave me an answer or found a solution for every need or question. We stayed two nights at the B&B and also had the room cleaning and tidying service. I highly recommend it and will definitely return, maybe even with the family.

Convenient and quiet place. I thought I would find slippers as described, but especially hand and shower soap. I was taken aback. Otherwise, very good, I spent a night near San Pietro. That's good. I'll come back as soon as I'm in the area. Thanks again.

Accommodation in excellent location, well maintained and very courteous manager.

A good stay. There was a misunderstanding about the communication/schedule but we later resolved it.

We stayed for two days in this delightful property on our way back from the holiday in Salento. Family of 4 people (2 adults + 2 teenage girls). Welcomed by Alessandro with kindness and competence, he detailed the main tourist points and how to reach them. The property is in an excellent location near the Vatican City and convenient for every move. Cozy structure with excellent spaces and equipped with every comfort. For breakfast, a voucher is provided to use at the Cantiani café valid for a coffee/cappuccino and a croissant each. Only note on the room cleanliness (dust on the floor and furniture) clean services.
