BorgoNove House is a guesthouse located at Via del Mascherino 2, in the heart of Rome's Borgo Pio neighborhood, just 50 meters from St. Peter's Basilica.
It features six elegantly furnished rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, where you can relax and feel at home.
Two rooms are on the ground floor and four rooms are on the first floor of an elegant villa with private access.
Its proximity to the Vatican (just 50 meters) and all major tourist attractions, easily accessible thanks to the Metro Line A, 500 meters away, make it an ideal place to stay.
The bright and inviting common area offers a pleasant atmosphere to start the day, where you can socialize while enjoying a delicious coffee.
Guests can also use the refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine with pods in the common area at any time.
Check-in
Check-ins are self-service from 3: 00 PM onwards using a code that will be sent the day before arrival.
If guests plan to arrive before 3: 00 PM, they can use the code provided to access the property only to leave their luggage in the common area and begin exploring the city; they will not be able to collect their room keys.
Check-out
Check-outs are at 10: 00 AM. Guests must leave their keys in the same locker where they picked them up upon arrival. If necessary, they can leave their luggage in the common area and return to collect it using the codes provided. However, they will not be able to access the rooms, which have been sanitized and ready for new arrivals. The property is not responsible for storing luggage.

If you want to visit Rome, it is simply the ideal structure. Well-maintained rooms and very welcoming and helpful staff. The manager can be reached practically at any time by phone. You practically exit the room and you are in St. Peter's Square. The breakfast is typical Italian with packaged products, but everything is available 24/7. Recommended!

The place is located a stone's throw from the Vatican, strategic and convenient for everything you want to visit in the surroundings. One note: the showerhead did not work, a minor issue. I recommend it.

This was the perfect place to stay for our long weekend in Rome. We were able to walk everywhere from here, and whenever we went anywhere, we always went via St. Peter, just to make sure it was still there! Thank you for having us.
