Description
The apartment consists of a bright living room with a terrace overlooking the greenery of the condominium and the splendid view of the hills of Boschetto.
The living room, furnished in a simple manner, has two artisanal single beds, shelves, a chest of drawers, and a small desk.
The kitchen, meticulously designed, is made of warm green wood and has a small veranda where you can enjoy breakfast in the open air.
For breakfast, we try to offer you everything: jam, honey, hazelnut cream, white sugar, brown sugar, sweetener, butter, milk, cream, yogurt, eggs, fresh water, fruit juices, sliced bread, biscuits, snacks, capsule coffee, instant coffee, instant barley, barley and instant coffee, tea. Usually, in B&Bs, you cannot use the kitchen! However, here you can cook thanks to an induction cooktop with three "burners" (or rather, three "inductions"!), a consistently cool refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a sandwich toaster, pots, cutlery, and utensils for 6 people, olive oil and seeds, vinegar, balsamic vinegar, salt.
We are willing to add anything you may need.
The bathroom is simple, without any particular pretensions but meticulously detailed, with yellow accessories and vintage white wooden furniture handmade by us, a bathtub, a small washing machine (easy to use), and plenty of space and shelves to store your belongings.
The entrance has a large wardrobe and a vintage shoe rack. In the wardrobe, there is a storage closet with wooden shelves that contains a powerful traditional vacuum cleaner and a rechargeable handheld vacuum cleaner, a clothes drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board (who knows if you'll feel like ironing on vacation).
I won't hide that there are also some weaknesses, such as the tiles and some furniture from the 70s, but vintage is in fashion, right?
The area is extremely quiet, with elegant buildings surrounded by the greenery of the condominium. In Antoni Street, you will find one of the oldest oak trees in the city.
