Nice place outside the center of Trieste, 9 km away, clean and with air conditioning and private bathroom. The only flaw is the missing adjustable shower head. I highly recommend it.

Small structure (only 3 rooms), simple and welcoming. The rooms are equipped with every comfort (TV, air conditioning, toiletry set in the bathroom) and very clean. No parking difficulties in the street in front. The breakfast is rich and includes both sweet (jams, nutella, brioches, crepes) and savory (cold cuts and cheeses), yogurt and fruit. The manager, very kind and helpful, gave us excellent advice on places to visit and on restaurants that did not disappoint us. Only downside: the structure is not located in the center and, to have places available or take a walk, it is necessary to move by car or public transport. If there is an opportunity in the future, we will definitely come back.

Great location to reach the center in a very short time while staying away from the tourist chaos. Breakfast, cleanliness, availability, and excellent cordiality. I highly recommend it and hope to come back. Davide is a very nice person and available for any kind of advice on the city.
