We present the first of a series of apartment ideal for who must travel for business or wants to travel for leisure but want the convenience and freedom of your own home. In fact, our motto is..At home far from home! 50 square meters divided in a double room, kitchen, bathroom with tub / shower and living room. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Despite being in the centre position even with the windows open you do not hear the traffic. We want our guest to find the warmth of his home, not only offering an apartment but paying attention to the presence of a range of accessories and assistance that would not normally found in an apartment for short stays. First of all a free shuttle service and home delivery of food, Wi-fi free.

Very nice and clean. Excellent breakfast. Host was very friendly and met us on the street to help us access the garage. Getting there is a little confusing. Absolutely must have assistance from host to figure out garage/parking situation. Once that is figured out, stress level goes down.

Residence Sole was fantastic! We booked on the day and our host was gracious about the flexible check-in time. He also gave us recommendations for the area and allowed us to store our bags for most of the day after we checked out.
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and breakfast was wide-ranging and delicious. The room was quiet yet it was only a 3-minute walk from Piazza Oberdan. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfekt für ein paar Tage im wunderschönen Triest. Unser Zimmer im 4. Stock war großzügig und ruhig. Wir haben gut geschlafen und das leckere Frühstück morgens sehr genossen. Die Lage im Zentrum ist sehr praktisch, da man die Stadt wunderbar erlaufen kann. Busse fahren um die Ecke... Die Gastgeberin und alle Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr nett.

Unsere Gastgeberein Alessandra hat uns schon erwartet und gleich mit allen wichtigen Infos versorgt. Sie hat für den nächsten Abend einen Tisch in einem typisch einheimischen Fischrestaurant bestellt - war sehr lecker dort. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und super, das Zimmer zum Hinterhof sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück hatte alles am Buffet (Joghurt, Früchte, Müsli, Wurst Käse, Marmelade und viele süße italienische Leckereien), was man sich nur wünschen konnte. es wurde auch sofort wieder aufgefüllt. Alessandra hat auf unsere Anfrage gegenüber im bewachten Parkhaus für uns einen Stellplatz reserviert (15 €/Tag), was sehr sinnvoll ist, da keinerlei Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind. Wir würden jederzeit bei einem Besuch in Triest wieder dort übernachten.

La situazione del residence Sole di Trieste è strategica: a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal centro della città. Struttura pulita e colazione superlativa. Ottimi anche accoglienza e consigli del gestore per visitare la città. Grazie!

Ambiente molto accogliente, gestore e collaboratori molto disponibili. Anche se in pieno centro grazie allo stile dell'arredamento e alle numerose piante, tutte vere, ci siamo sentiti quasi in un giardino. Attrezzati per accogliere i cani hanno reso il nostro week end lungo un'esperienza rilassata e confortevole a noi e al nostro amico a quattro zampe. Colazione dolce e salata molto varia e abbondante, possibilità di prepararci le tisane notte e giorno nella sala comune. Un pò come essere a casa, e non è poco quando si viaggia. Ci ritorneremo.

Appartamento situato in posizione strategica per visitare la città senza dover utilizzare l'auto. Possibilità di parcheggiare in garage privato situato di fronte alla struttura. Da menzionare la pulizia dei locali e l'ospitalità del gestore (Alessandra) e dello staff, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Ottima la prima colazione.

Ho trascorso quattro giorni piacevoli a Trieste, insieme alla mia famiglia. La struttura è pulita, in una posizione centrale e la possibilità di utilizzare il garage di fronte all’alloggio è una vera comodità. Anche la proprietaria ci ha accolto con educazione e gentilezza. Inoltre, ho apprezzato molto l’attenzione nell’evitare gli sprechi oltre al rispetto per l’ambiente!

Personale super accogliente e gentile. Suite molto grande, cosi come il bagno. Ben fornita di condizionatore in tutte le stanze e munita di frigo. Inoltre era disponibile il distributore dell'acqua potabile, senza costi aggiuntivi e a tutte le ore. Posizione buona, vicino ai mezzi. Il centro raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.

Dato le restrizioni causa covid ci ha anche organizzato una fantastica cena nella hall del suo residence, tra l'altro molto bello e ampio, stile industrial vintage.

La posizione è il massimo perché a piedi si raggiunge tutto in 10 minuti in una città che ho trovato molto difficile girare in auto.
La colazione è molto ricca e buonissima. Il letto è molto comodo e insieme al silenzio del luogo ci ha permesso di dormire veramente bene.
Alessandra la proprietaria è molto carina e disponibile per ogni esigenza o curiosità.
Lo consiglio caldamente chi viene a Trieste di fermarsi qui!

Sono stata a Trieste per lavoro ed avevo bisogno di un posto comodo per gli spostamenti a piedi ma che avesse anche un parcheggio al coperto. Sono stata al residence Sole per un paio di notti e mi sono trovata benissimo. Camera pulita, bagno con una doccia fantastica, colazione buona e abbondante e per tutti i gusti. Il Residence è facile da raggiungere ed è vicino al centro storico di Trieste per cui ha una posizione davvero ottima.
Alessandra che lo gestisce è stata molto gentile e disponibile sulle mie richieste.
Sono molto contenta e lo consiglio vivamente!

La cortesia e la disponibilità della signora Alessandra non ha eguali.
Pulizia perfetta tutti i giorni, cambio lenzuola dopo appena due giorni, colazione da dieci e lode e potrei continuare all'infinito.
La posizione è perfetta e si può girare a piedi o in bicicletta; unico punto (non dipendente da chi ci ospitava) gli anni del palazzo che non rendono merito al lavoro dello staff.

Alessandra ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Mein Zimmer war manchmal etwas unruhig, da der Gemeinschafts-/Frühstücksraum unmittelbar vor meinem Zimmer lag. Ansonsten ist die Lage ideal, um Triest zu Fuss zu erkunden.

Un posto in cui tornare: in pieno centro, con impagabile possibilità di garage, camera comoda, curata, pulita, con confortevoli spazi comuni dotati, tra l'altro di frigo e macchina del caffè sempre a disposizione. La colazione a buffet, dolce e salata, è ricca, buona e ad orario concordato con la titolare che è davvero molto cordiale e sempre disponibile.

Abbiamo soggiornato durante il ponte di Ogni Santi in due appartamenti separati poiché eravamo due famiglie con due bambini di 7 e 9 anni.
Il residence si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, in zona molto tranquilla. Gli appartamenti sono puliti e dotati di un "kit" anche per fare da mangiare (olio aceto zucchero sale grosso e fino). La signora, estremamente cordiale, offre persino fette biscottate e marmellatine per la colazione.
Non tutti gli appartamenti sono modernamente arredati ma sono comunque in ordine, puliti e dotati di biancheria da letto, da bagno e da cucina in ottimamente condizioni e ben curati!
