Description

We present the first of a series of apartment ideal for who must travel for business or wants to travel for leisure but want the convenience and freedom of your own home. In fact, our motto is..At home far from home! 50 square meters divided in a double room, kitchen, bathroom with tub / shower and living room. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Despite being in the centre position even with the windows open you do not hear the traffic. We want our guest to find the warmth of his home, not only offering an apartment but paying attention to the presence of a range of accessories and assistance that would not normally found in an apartment for short stays. First of all a free shuttle service and home delivery of food, Wi-fi free.

For stay longer than two days the cost of the garage will be covered buy us

We are located in the city center, just 10 minutes away from the historical center. Additionally, we are also 10 minutes away from the train and bus station.

Easily accessible by car as we are outside the pedestrian zone.

We are close to the "Rossetti" Stable Theater. All bus stops are practically right in front of the entrance.

Alessandra and her daughter Ilaria are very friendly and helpful. They accommodated all our requests and needs. We traveled with a cocker puppy that was welcomed in all areas of the B&B.

Very centrally located, comfortable and with the possibility of parking. The owner is very kind. Furnishings are tidy with everything you need, especially the sockets next to the nightstands to charge phones (a rare find). The bathroom is okay, but I would consider changing the water. Also note the steps to reach the elevator, especially for those arriving with heavy luggage.

I want to highlight the managers: Lusijana and Alessandra. Absolutely helpful, smiling, lovely ladies. Their attitudes exceeded our expectations. Super central location and convenient for visiting the center of Trieste. The street of the residence is narrow and has very little parking, even simply unloading the suitcases is difficult. I recommend booking a parking space for the night (for a fee) to take away worries. Our apartment was large with two spacious rooms. It was good for our needs. Rich breakfast!

I begin by saying that Francesco and Viviana are wonderful. Just for their hospitality, availability and their breakfast, the Dodic deserves a full 10. The structure is extremely clean and the spaces are really spacious, great for those of us who travel with a furry friend. The road is busy, but the accommodations are equipped with air conditioning, so by closing the windows, the noise is minimal. The breakfast is superb and Viviana prepares divine jams and sweets with her own hands. Francesco is a perfect host and a lover of his land, let yourself be advised because it is really worth it. I recommend it without a shadow of a doubt.

Very well located in the city center. An essential aspect is the possibility of internal parking, for a fee. Italian breakfast, not very varied but sufficient and fresh. Very friendly hosts. Very nice and clean. Excellent breakfast. The host was very friendly and met us on the street to help us access the garage. Getting there is a little confusing. Absolutely must have assistance from the host to figure out the garage/parking situation. Once that is figured out, stress level goes down.

Residence Sole was fantastic! We booked on the day and our host was gracious about the flexible check-in time. He also gave us recommendations for the area and allowed us to store our bags for most of the day after we checked out. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and breakfast was wide-ranging and delicious. The room was quiet yet it was only a 3-minute walk from Piazza Oberdan. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for spending a few days in the beautiful Trieste. Our room on the 4th floor was spacious and quiet. We slept well and enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning. The central location is very convenient, as you can easily explore the city on foot. Buses run around the corner... The hostess and all the staff are very nice.

Our hostess Alessandra was already waiting for us and immediately provided us with all the important information. She booked a table at a typical local fish restaurant for the next evening - it was very delicious there. The location of the accommodation is very central and great, the room facing the courtyard is very quiet. The breakfast had everything at the buffet (yogurt, fruit, muesli, cold cuts, cheese, jam and many sweet Italian delicacies), everything one could wish for. It was also promptly replenished. Alessandra reserved a parking space for us in the guarded parking garage across from us upon our request (15 €/day), which is very useful as there are no parking facilities nearby. We would stay there again anytime during a visit to Trieste.

Very welcoming environment, manager and staff very helpful. Even though it's right in the center, thanks to the style of the furnishings and the numerous plants, all real, we felt almost like in a garden. Equipped to accommodate dogs, they made our long weekend a relaxed and comfortable experience for us and our four-legged friend. Very varied and abundant sweet and savory breakfast, the possibility of making herbal teas day and night in the common room. A bit like being at home, and that's no small thing when traveling. Super welcoming and kind staff. Very large suite, as well as the bathroom. Well equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and equipped with a fridge. The location is excellent because everything is within a 10-minute walk in a city that I found very difficult to navigate by car. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. I was in Trieste for work and needed a comfortable place for walking around but also with a covered parking. I stayed at Residence Sole for a couple of nights and I had a great time. Clean room, bathroom with a fantastic shower, good and plentiful breakfast with options for everyone. The Residence is easy to reach and is close to the historic center of Trieste, so it has a truly great location. Alessandra, who manages it, was very kind and helpful with my requests. I am very happy and highly recommend it.

The location is perfect and you can walk or cycle around; the only downside (not related to the host) is the age of the building that does not do justice to the staff's work.

Alessandra is a very nice host. My room was sometimes a bit noisy, as the shared/breakfast room was right in front of my room. Otherwise, the location is ideal for exploring Trieste on foot.

A place to return to: right in the center, with invaluable garage availability, comfortable, well-kept, clean room, with comfortable common areas equipped, among other things, with a fridge and a coffee machine always available. The sweet and savory buffet breakfast is rich, good, and at a time agreed upon with the owner who is really very friendly and always available.

We stayed during the All Saints' Bridge in two separate apartments since we were two families with two children aged seven and nine. The residence is located about ten minutes on foot from the center, in a very quiet area. The apartments are clean and equipped with a kit for cooking (oil, vinegar, sugar, coarse and fine salt). The lady, extremely friendly, even offers toasted bread and jams for breakfast. Not all apartments are modernly furnished, but they are still tidy, clean, and equipped with bed linen, towels, and kitchenware in excellent condition and well taken care of.
