Our B&B is with lavish spa waters and facilities (San Luca Pluricenter · Terme Felsinee Bologna, Terme San petronio Antalgik, Terme Felsinee) at Bologna art city, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view, in the historic heart of the city nearby Lame. "Zanardi 388" is hospitable and comfortable.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, catch cultural events and exhibitions.
Near our facility you can find monuments and places of interest for culture vultures.

Our property is the ideal location for families who want to stay in a home from home, for work and business trips, for a romantic holiday in a quiet, reserved setting, for travellers who take a break to be pampered in a discreet, refined locations.

Last but not least, remember that our strategic location makes us ideal for a stopover before flying out from nearby airport (Bologna Airport - Borgo Panigale. . .), easy to reach from the nearby motorway "Highway A14 Airport".

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 10:30 AM

I have been a restaurateur since 1998 and with my husband, Davide, we manage a restaurant offering typical Bolognese dishes.

La struttura è molto ben tenuta, anche se il bagno in camera è un po' piccolo, mentre la colazione potrebbe essere migliorabile con prodotti freschi ma è comunque sufficiente. La signora che gestisce la struttura è molto disponibile e gentile e una particolare menzione va al ristorante lì accanto dove abbiamo cenato benissimo. Da consigliare.

Grazie per la Sua recensione, purtroppo per la colazione ( con il covid) abbiamo dovuto ripiegare su prodotti confezionati, prima del covid la Nostra colazione era da hotel cinque stelle a buffet con brioches fresche, ciambelle e crostate prodotte da noi. Mi dispiace, ma per forza di cose abbiamo dovuto adattarci. A presto Claudia.

Dopo 2 notti horror trascorse in altri b&b a Bologna abbiamo trovato per l'ultima notte il b&b Zanardi e ci siamo trovate molto bene. La propietaria è stato molto carina e disponibile e ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Se dovessimo tornare in zona sicuramente torneremo qui.

Buon B&B situato nei pressi dell'aeroporto. I bus per il centro passano dinanzi la struttura. Fermata a pochi metri. Unica nota negativa che il condizionatore non funzionava.

Delle persone splendide gestiscono una struttura nuova, confortevole e mantenuta pulita. Ottima la cucina del ristorante sotto la struttura. Mi sono sentito a casa.
