Description

Our B&B is located in a completely renovated 1932 house, just 10 minutes from the city center and 2 minutes from the Maggiore Hospital and the Piccole Figlie Hospital.

All rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower, Wi-Fi, and a small kitchenette. The furnishings are warm and the colors are designed to help you relax during your stay. Our establishment offers all the comforts of a small home where you can relax or work without being disturbed.

For those in need of temporary accommodation, we offer weekly rates for a minimum of one week up to one month. We also have reserved on-site parking exclusively for our guests.

Tourist tax is included in the prices. You have the freedom to enter and exit at any time during your stay.

The check-in time must always be agreed upon with the owners and, in any case, no later than 9: 00 PM (unless otherwise arranged).

Lovely location, good reception, cleanliness, convenient to the center reachable also by bus with stops a few meters from the structure. Definitely recommended for a visit to Parma.

Delightful and very clean place. Despite being close to a busy road, the optimal soundproofing makes the room quiet. The breakfast is very good and Micaela is generous with advice. Highly recommended.

Pleasant stay, very helpful and kind owners, very well-kept structure: beautiful room, nice bathroom, excellent cleanliness, good breakfast always with fresh pastries. To reach the center, I recommend public transport, on foot it's a bit long (3 km, 45 minutes with a leisurely pace). Villa Emma was a great choice for our vacation.

Even though we only stayed one night, the stay was pleasant. The room is equipped with everything necessary, the beds are comfortable. The cleanliness of all areas is exceptional. The breakfast is also excellent.
