Guests will find refined rooms, from the single, double, triple or four beds with bathroom. The rooms have an independent entrance, antique furniture, tv, fridge, hairdrier, towels, soap and shampoo.
Breakfast (continental /Italian) is served in your room (tray placed at a table in front of the door) or available at the Vision Bar opposite or, optionally at the Cafeteria Teatro at the corner.
Mineral water available daily.
Breakfast is not included only for the Falstaff apartment.
Guests will also be given tourist information, maps of the city, restaurant bookings, trattorie, theatres, local cinemas and taxi.

Our B&B is just a few metres away from Parco Ducale and the Ponte di Mezzo, in the heart of the historical centre of Parma. It is situated in Strada Costituente on the first floor of an historical building which has been recently restored. We can easily be reached by car as traffic is not restricted in this area and WITHOUT PASSING TROUGHT THE AREA CONTROLLED BY CAMERAS. We provide permits for parking. We provide covered garage.

Stayed as a couple, the structure is normal with a helpful owner. The breakfast is typical Italian: croissants, jams, milk, and coffee, decent but lacks gluten-free options. Slippers would be needed as the floor is quite cold.

Ottimo B&B con camere ampie, pulite con frigorifero televisore phon, biancheria pulita e la stanza fa parte di un corridoio con portone quindi in privacy, è ideale anche per chi deve recarsi all'hospice piccole figlie, il proprietario Giovanni persona gentile che ci ha dato tutte le informazioni possibili per renderci le cose più semplici. grazie di cuore.

Siamo stati molto bene, l'appartamento è molto grande e confortevole. Unica pecca, il divieto assoluto di uso della cucina anche in presenza di bambini molto piccoli (poteva essere utile per preparare una pappa o una pastina).

The place is quite good, I stayed in an apartment by myself and I should say that you could easily live there: an open space with a sofa, a king size bed, a full optional kitchen, the bathroom is spacious and clean.
Giovanni is an excellent host as well, always available and polite.
This B&B is also central located and everything is at feet range.

We enjoyed very much our stay at this nicely located B&B with a classical music theme. The room was very large and beds comfortable. It is within walking distance of the historical part of Parma. Our host made us feel at home, even bringing a large breakfast tray in the morning and recommending restaurants. The hot water in the bathroom is very, very hot. If it were me, I would try to adjust the water temperature down a bit, but this is a minor point.

Ein kleines, gepflegtes Hotel mit einer sehr freundlichen Bewirtung. Es war sehr sauber, die Betreiber haben bis in die Nacht auf uns gewartet, weil wir durch Staus später kamen. Die Lage ist zentral, die Altstadt gut zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert!

Siamo arrivati il 3/10 e partiti il 6/10, questo B&B lo abbiamo trovato su internet e scelto per vicinanza all' alloggio di nostra figlia pertanto non avevamo alcuna aspettativa. Abbiamo subito notato la cordialità di Paolo che ci ha accolti, la pulizia quale non abbiamo avuto nulla da ridire ma la sorpresa quando abbiamo conosciuto il proprietario Giovanni, fantastico disponibile e gentile. Da ritornarci sarà la nostra base di appoggio per i viaggi che faremo a Parma.

Appartamento accogliente, proprietario disponibile e gentile. Il bagno, benché piuttosto ampio, risulta scomodo per la sistemazione dei sanitari troppo ravvicinati. In camera manca un supporto per poggiare il bagaglio. La colazione potrebbe essere più completa in poche mosse: basterebbe qualche fetta biscottata o qualche biscotto per accompagnare il caffè e latte.
