Bathroom in excellent condition. The room has everything needed. The underfloor heating is very effective. The owner is very helpful. I note that the wooden ceiling is not plastered and there was still some plaster dust in the air and on the furniture. The landing (and partly the room) is under renovation: the first impression on arrival can be discouraging, but the stay was pleasant.

Room delivered and rented while work was still unfinished. At night it was impossible to sleep because of the smell of plaster and cement. The wooden beams showed signs of mold. In short, uninhabitable. I also asked for the payment receipt, since I had paid the tourist tax as well, but it was never sent. Never again. I do not recommend it.

We stayed in this apartment for two days. We had a great time. Nothing was missing. Very close to the center. The owner is a wonderful and helpful person, and kindness always makes a difference.
