Beschreibung

Our bed and breakfast is family-run and located in the historic center of Ravenna. It is very easy to reach on foot because it is close to the train station and is on the edge of the restricted traffic zone, with the possibility of parking in free spaces for a long period of time. Additionally, we have an internal bicycle storage. The house has two independent entrances, so you will have all the privacy you desire for your stay in the city. There is a pleasant view of the rooftops of Ravenna as we are on the 4th floor, but don't worry, there is an elevator.

Our host was terrific. She communicated with me several times before our arrival. She greeted us when we arrived and bid us farewell when we left. The unit was perfectly clean and appointed with everything we needed. The location, within a few minutes walk from the train station, was ideal.

We spent three nights at Teodorico B&B and had a great time. The location is excellent due to its proximity to the train station and the historic center. It is located in an absolutely strategic position for visiting the city, as it is just a few meters from the station, the mausoleum park, and the historic center. The welcome from the owners who live next door is exquisite, as is the breakfast they kindly provide. Extremely helpful in providing directions and advice that can sometimes make a difference. The room is very clean and tastefully furnished. It is difficult to find a fault given that the price-quality ratio is favorable. Highly recommended!

Ravenna is a small provincial city near the Adriatic Coast, featuring ancient churches with dazzling 1,500-year-old mosaic ceilings among other attractions, making it a more welcoming, accessible, and friendly Italian tourist destination. That friendly, inviting local charm carries over to Teodorico B&B. It was a sort of short-term subdivision of a larger fourth-floor flat owned locally by a husband and wife, both of whom welcomed me with broad smiles and careful instructions upon my arrival. Besides being very close to the rail station, the B&B had lots of nice touches, including lots of windows and appealing interior décor, a fully stocked small kitchen with sweets and home-made delicacies to nibble on, a comfortable bed, and strong WIFI. One note of caution: The building has its tiny, Euro-fashioned elevator with gate and two inner doors, which, should any other thoughtless person fail to close properly, might leave you stuck having to suffer many flights of stairs. Thankfully that never happened to me during my otherwise perfect (if short) stay.

Beautiful room, equipped with all comforts, new, clean and bright. The owners are very kind, welcoming and helpful. Excellent location to visit the beautiful Ravenna, the Teodorico B&B is right in the city center but at the same time it is also close to the sea, about 10 minutes away, reachable for those without a car using public transport.

We stayed 4 nights in this splendid apartment, new, charming, clean, quiet, and very close to the city center. Francesca and Alessandro are two exquisite people who make you feel at home, never intrusive, and if you need anything or some information, they are at your complete disposal. Excellent bike service offered for strolling around the city. The room also has a very quiet air conditioner that doesn't disturb sleep at all. The breakfast was good with sweet, savory, and fruit options. There is a coffee machine as well as a fridge and Wi-Fi. It was a pleasant experience that I recommend. Thank you guys.

Brand new structure close to the station but in a super quiet and peaceful area, 5 minutes walk from the city center. Possibility to take the free shuttle with a stop in front of the entrance of the structure for those who want to go to the beach without taking the car or ask for bicycles to the hosts Alessandro and Francesca, very kind and super helpful people who make you feel at home. Feel free to ask them for valuable tips for your stay in Ravenna. Highly recommended!
