Located in the countryside of Ravenna, but just a few minutes from the city center and strategically positioned to reach the main monuments and theme parks in the area, Ponte Assi's cottage has recently been renovated, combining a modern and essential style with tradition.
It features a spacious green courtyard, where children can play outdoors, and a spacious parking lot.
The two double rooms both have private bathrooms with towel sets, and the "Luna" room has a bathroom for disabled guests.

For a long time, I had been wanting to renovate my little country house and turn it into a Bed and Breakfast.
Now, this dream has come true and I am delighted to welcome those who, for various reasons, wish to spend one or more nights in this green and traffic-free place, yet close to the artistic heritage of Ravenna and its surroundings, as well as the theme parks in the area, together with my family.

If you have trouble sleeping, this is the right place for you. Surrounded by nature, there is a wonderful tranquility. The room is perfect (only downside: the windows are a bit small). Although situated in the countryside, Ravenna is just a few minutes away. Michele and Sissi are delightful people. A place to return to.

Stayed with friends during a bike tour for the night spent in Ravenna, we couldn't have found better. Already when booking, we were impressed by the friendliness and availability of Ms. Silvia, which became even more evident during the stay. The bathroom and the rooms, equipped with air conditioning and recently renovated, are spacious, clean, and bright. The location, convenient for parking cars and bikes, is particularly quiet and even though located in the outskirts, it allows you to reach the city center in a few minutes. Highly recommended.

Nice room, but the location is not great. There is no place to walk or a close restaurant. The breakfast was just okay: sweet coffee cakes, yogurt, and pre-packaged croissants. I would have appreciated more variety from day to day. The host is very nice. But it is a good value if the above things are not that important.

We spent just one night at La Casina di Ponte Assi, surrounded by greenery. A large lawn with outdoor breakfast and two very sweet little dogs to keep us company. Family atmosphere, we felt welcomed at the accommodation the whole time during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were very hospitable and eager. For people arriving without a car, we recommend renting bikes near the train station, it's cheap and you can trust the guys there. You can reach the B&B by bike within 10 minutes from the station (if you are not taking the wrong way).\n\nWe really recommend this B&B, and also the hospitality of people in Ravenna is very pleasant, even during the main season in August!\n\nDefinitely a place to stay in Ravenna.

Great location just a few minutes by car away from the chaos of the city center, well-furnished and clean room, super helpful managers who are a pleasure to talk to! When I come back to the Ravenna area, I already know where I'll stay!

Even though it was just for one night, we had a great time. Surrounded by greenery, a few minutes' drive from the beautiful Ravenna, clean, spacious, and welcoming rooms, spectacular breakfast, the managers, Silvia and Michele, are of a kindness, hospitality, and unique sympathy. Lovely place just 2 steps from the center of Ravenna and the sea of the Ravenna beaches, an oasis of peace, it feels like being in the open countryside, the owners (husband and wife) very kind and friendly, we really enjoyed our stay.

Located in the countryside about 15/20 minutes from Mirabilandia. Brand new and spacious room and bathroom, carefully designed in every detail. Very suitable for those with children. We stayed 3 nights the week of August 15th to visit the parks. Abundant and varied breakfast, every morning, in addition to packaged foods, there was a different homemade cake. Since the weather was nice, they served it to us in the outdoor gazebo. The owners are really kind. We were better off than in a hotel. When we return to the area, we will definitely stay with them again.

We spent four regenerating days at La Casina di Ponte Assi. As soon as you arrive in this small village of houses with this wonderful tree at the center surrounded by the surrounding nature, you already feel like slowing down the more or less frenetic rhythms of daily life. The B&B is brand new and in an optimal position to reach both the center of Ravenna and the beaches of the Romagna Adriatic Riviera and the amusement parks. The rooms are well-kept, spacious, with private bathroom and equipped with all the necessary comforts. What makes everything special is the courtesy and availability of the hosts, Michele and Sissy. They welcome you into their home making you feel like part of a big family. You can really feel their desire to make their guests feel good. We spent four days by the sea in August and every day started with a hearty breakfast in the garden that lasted at least an hour, as between chats, laughter, and information for the day time flew by. It was really a pleasure to meet them and we recommend this B&B to all people who for leisure or necessity want to spend relaxing days or simply unplug a bit. We will definitely meet again. New property in a quiet and relaxing location, very large and very clean room, I found everything I needed. The managers are the real added value: helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Highly recommended if you want to visit the city or spend a weekend at the sea as Marina di Ravenna can be reached by car in 15 minutes.

For a weekend at Mirabilandia, my family and I spent just one night at this lovely Bed and Breakfast, which was more than enough to stay in our hearts. The Bed and Breakfast is located in the countryside in absolute silence and tranquility in a strategic position near the amusement park and the beautiful Ravenna. The room is very nice, well-kept, and extremely clean, with mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning. The breakfast is very good and genuine, served in the garden with courtesy and grace in a familiar atmosphere that made us feel at ease and added an extra touch of warmth. What struck us the most is the kindness and politeness of the owners Michele and Sissi, absolutely unbeatable, ready to welcome every request.
