Convenient structure to reach even by public transport, new and equipped with all comforts. The kitchen, although small, is well equipped and there is also a washing machine. Comfortable bed, just a pity for the excessively thick and hard pillows (but it depends on personal habits).

My wife and I stayed 1 night at this fantastic B&B with kitchenette, comfortable double bed, and sofa bed. Everything is new, modern furniture, shower with colored lights, stereo system with audio in the bedroom and bathroom, kitchen with induction hob, TV in the bedroom and kitchen, armored door with code opening, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, bus stop 200 meters away that goes to the city center, everything perfect. Moreover, it is on the ground floor, the street is not very busy, quiet area.

Brand new and very clean apartment. We had a small problem with the owners that we couldn't reach to enter the property. After about 45 minutes of waiting, we solved it. Excellent piadina from the nearby bear's den.

Magnificent apartment complete with everything, super furnished and super technological. The owner is a very pleasant and extremely helpful person. I recommend it to everyone and next time I have to go back to Bologna, I will definitely return to this adorable little house.

I wanted to thank the owner for welcoming us so warmly. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Nothing was missing! Then it was close to Villa Laura (unfortunately for us it was not a pleasure stay). We had a great time. The shower was the best! But also the layout of the apartment itself was perfect. We were 3, but even 4 could comfortably stay. There was everything. Washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, coffee machine with capsules. Thank you very much. I should write soon, but I hope to be your guest as a tourist next time. I recommend it.

Unfortunately, we did not stay out of pleasure. Excellent location near Bellaria hospital, about six minutes by car. Close to a shopping center and the city center. The apartment's location is convenient for both bus transport and various shops. Moreover, the apartment is equipped with every comfort, furnished in a modern style, and impeccably clean. Francesco, the owner, is super helpful and very kind. Highly recommended.

I have no words to praise this property. I travel often and try any accommodation and in few cases what is advertised corresponds to reality. This is one of those few cases! From the beauty of the property, simply beautiful in every way. It can compete with luxury hotels, compliments for the taste. The owner Francesco is a friendly and helpful person. The house is as in the pictures: brand new and tastefully decorated. In the surroundings, there is the possibility to take advantage of various services such as shops, supermarkets, pharmacy. In addition to parking for those who are by car, nearby there is the bus stop 27a to the center. Very convenient the door opening with a code to type, spectacular the effect of the shower with chromotherapy. Unmissable every evening dinner at La Tana dell’Orso, an authentic piadineria managed by Mrs. Daniela, ten steps from home.
