Bohémien CHIC is a large studio apartment equipped with an entrance hall, kitchenette, dining table, sofa (bed) and sleeping area. Large and bright windows overlook an internal courtyard, therefore very quiet. Suitable for 2/3/4 people, for family groups, or couples of friends.

Bohémien POP the two-room apartment with romantic bedroom and POP living room, creative and welcoming.

Bohemian LOFT with exposed beams and high ceilings, the mezzanine for the bedroom and a large charming living area.

Located in the historic center, a stone's throw from Piazza Aldrovandi, two towers and Piazza Maggiore.

The strategic area for those arriving by train, also located in front of the S. Orsola Polyclinic and 200 meters from the Villa Torri nursing home. For those arriving by car it is possible to request (extra) a private parking space in the garden of AB Suite, our bed and breakfast 600 meters away.

Area Sant'Orsola

We are in Piazza di Porta San Vitale 4, in front of the Sant'Orsola Polyclinic, in Villa Torri and next to the Nigrisoli Nursing Home.
Historic center close to the city walls and a stone's throw from the two towers. You can park your car 100 meters away in via Zanolini, parking at an hourly rate. We have parking spaces near the apartments (about 600/700 meters) daily rate €20, reservations required.
The area is perfectly connected to the Central Station (also reachable on foot) and convenient for those who have to go to the Bologna Fair (900 m). The Rizzoli Hospital is connected by public transport, the central bus hub is located just 50 meters away. .
The university area of ??Bologna is 100 meters away, continuing on foot along San Vitale you will arrive directly under the two towers and Piazza Maggiore.
The area is full of services and restaurants and grocery stores are open until late. In the adjacent streets you will find a multitude of typical Bolognese restaurants, fish restaurants, pizzerias. Shopping shops are just a stone's throw away.

Essential style apartment, very clean, in a central and safe area. Friendly and very helpful host. Lack of breakfast and a minimum of amenities like tea bags or two cookies. High price.

La ringrazio per aver condiviso la sua esperienza e sottolineato la cura dell'appartamento. Incontrarvi è stato un piacere, ancora di più quando si apprezzano le piccole cose. Mi dispiace per la colazione ma non può essere presente per normativa. Tuttavia dallo scorso anno abbiamo inserito la macchina del caffe Dolce-Gusto e un bollitore, con un piccolo assortimento di caffe, ma terrò sicuramente conto del suo suggerimento e mi organizzerà anche per il thè. Il prezzo è sicuramente soggettivo. Alla prossima grazie Cristina

I had a good time. The room was spacious with all the comforts. The room has a lot of light, I liked it very much and we were close to all services. Hospital, supermarket, pharmacy, and shops of all kinds. And then the towers, stunning to visit.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura dal 22 al 26 Novembre 2023, scelta per avere più indipendenza grazie alla presenza di un angolo cottura con frigo. Prima di prenotare, ho contattato la proprietaria poiché nel nostro nucleo familiare è presente una persona diversamente abile con difficoltà respiratorie e motorie in carrozzina. Volevo accertarmi che l’alloggio fosse adatto alle nostre esigenze. La risposta dei proprietari è stata incoraggiante poiché affermavano che non avremmo avuto problemi. Di questa corrispondenza ho tracciabilità. Al nostro arrivo, con rammarico, abbiamo notato che per accedere al palazzo della struttura ed arrivare all’ascensore occorrevano due scalini senza alcuna scivola, fatti documentabili con foto. Inoltre, il corridoio dell’appartamento era piuttosto stretto, impedendo le normali manovre con la carrozzina, così come il bagno e la doccia. L’appartamento era privo di un oscurante che non permetteva di avere la propria privacy a luci accese e che la mattina dava fastidio con le prime luci dell’alba. Inoltre, la Casa Vacanza, ad un’analisi più attenta, risultava molto sporca ed impolverata. Alle nostre lamentele, la signora con la quale avevamo contrattato si dileguava, inviando in sua vece un presunto socio. Quest’ultimo, con fare molto arrogante e saccente, sminuiva le pessime condizioni dell’appartamento, proponendo una pulizia straordinaria la mattina successiva a condizione che noi non dovessimo essere presenti. Questa proposta ignorava completamente la presenza di un disabile e le sue esigenze. Ci siamo presi del tempo per pensare a come risolvere la situazione. Abbiamo cercato di trovare un altro alloggio, ma invano. In quei giorni a Bologna erano state programmate sessioni di laurea e le poche strutture rimaste non erano adatte a disabili, inoltre avevano costi esorbitanti. Purtroppo, amareggiati e scontenti, ci siamo dovuti accontentare di quello che avevamo trovato e prenotato mesi prima. Siamo stati costretti a rifiutare la pulizia straordinaria, poiché avrebbe provocato dei disagi al disabile, sia dal punto di vista logistico che un acuirsi della sintomatologia respiratoria dello stesso. P.S. Ciò che scrivo è supportato da prove fotografiche. Cercate di essere corretti con i clienti. Sconsigliatissima.

Gentili ospiti, siamo spiacenti che non abbiate gradito il vostro soggiorno. Ci scusiamo ancora per la pulizia poco accurata della cucina, dovuta a una mancanza del nostro collaboratore. Vi abbiamo offerto una pulizia straordinaria appena ce l’avete segnalato, ma avete rifiutato senza dunque lasciarci alcuna possibilità di rimediare. Può capitare una svista o una disattenzione ma eravamo pronti a risolverla in breve. Ci dispiace leggere argomenti pretestuosi, poiché la signora non pareva aver bisogno di alcun ausilio per camminare. Non utilizzava una carrozzina né altri aiuti, dunque ci sembra fuori luogo accampare problemi per due gradini all’ingresso. Nei giorni successivi l’abbiamo incontrata più volte all’ingresso e non mostrava alcuna limitazione nei movimenti. L’appartamento ha comunque spazi adeguati per muoversi anche con una carrozzina ma certamente, per la presenza dei due gradini nell’atrio, potrebbe rappresentare un ostacolo a una persona da sola. Facciamo questo lavoro con passione da tanti anni e la sua parte migliore é forse incontrare tante persone diverse e spesso interessanti. In ogni caso la buona educazione é la base di ogni rapporto. L'atteggiamento arrogante, indisponente e accusatorio che avete avuto fin dall’inizio, alzando la voce nelle parti comuni senza alcun rispetto degli altri ospiti, non é certo un bel biglietto da visita.
