AB GLAM has been involved in the management of holiday homes and guest houses in Bologna for over 10 years. SAN VITALE RESIDENCES consists of 4 apartments in front of the S. Orsola and a few meters from VILLA TORRI, in Piazza di Porta San Vitale 4 Bologna

We are in Piazza di Porta San Vitale 4, in front of the Sant'Orsola Polyclinic, in Villa Torri and next to the Nigrisoli Nursing Home.
Historic center close to the city walls and a stone's throw from the two towers. You can park your car 100 meters away in via Zanolini, stopping at an hourly rate. We have parking spaces near the apartments (about 600/700 meters) daily rate 15/18 euros, it is necessary to book.
The area is perfectly connected with the Central Station (also reachable on foot) and convenient for those who have to go to the Bologna Fair (900 meters), the Rizzoli Hospital is connected by public transport, the central bus hub is located just 50 meters away. .
The university area of ??Bologna is 100 meters away, continuing on foot on San Vitale you will arrive directly under the two towers and Piazza Maggiore.

La Signora Cristina è stata molto gentile e molto cordiale con noi.
Appartamento comodo ai mezzi pubblici.

Appartamento sporco, costo eccessivo e non veritiero, per telefono è stato detto un prezzo quando siamo arrivate magicamente è aumentato. Non lo consiglio assolutamente.
Abbiamo speso 188€ e neanche la colazione ci hanno dato! Ma neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua. Assolutamente da evitare.
Eravamo io e la mia collega! E siamo arrivate in struttura alle 18. Non eravamo assolutamente in gruppo. Anche perche alle 6 di mattina ero ancora in treno e dopo siamo andate ad un convegno.

Elisa Fiorella, se non ricordo male voi siete quel gruppo che si è palesato insistentemente alle 6:05 del mattino pretendendo di entrare nell’appartamento immediatamente a quell’ora, per cambiarvi gli abiti e andare non so dove, lamentando la nostra scarsa disponibilità a venirvi incontro. È chiaro tutto il resto. Molto probabilmente non siete in abituati a viaggiare. Prenotate una casa vacanze e vi lamentate perché non c’è la colazione (mai esistita per normativa nazionale). L’esposizione di quanto scritto sui prezzi è diffamatorio e non corrisponde al vero, avete pagato quanto pattuito contrattualmente con regolare scambio di email e relativa accettazione. Dichiarare che la struttura cambia i prezzi in fase di check in è qualcosa di gravissimo e diffamatorio, valuteremo di intraprendere azioni legali nei suoi confronti per dichiarazioni mendaci. Ha prenotato dal portale bedandbreakfast. It che in Italia è leader per trasparenza, di cui noi siamo partner, non accettiamo simili insulti soprattutto da persone in preda a ingiustificate reazioni come la sua. Inutile dire che l’appartamento era pulitissimo.
